Inside, you'll feel right at home in the bright and airy living space, complete with cozy sofas, a large TV, and a dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're brewing coffee or preparing meals, you'll find everything you need—coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. The eat-in area seats four, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal together. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where comfy seating invites you to unwind and soak in the fresh air. Redfish Village offers a relaxing retreat with a heated community pool (approximately 87°F from October to January). The heater is turned off in January due to lower pool usage during the winter months. Enjoy plenty of sunbathing space, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. You can also take advantage of the deck for fishing or dining, a gas grill, a playground with swings, seesaw, and slide, and an exercise room to stay active. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
