Once you arrive at Sanctuary At Redfish (SAR), it is sure to be love at first sight. With only 64 condominiums on 3 stories, this gated community provides our guests with a truly exclusive experience. SAR is a stunningly beautiful property that has a luxurious and sprawling pool deck unrivaled by any other along 30A, SAR is nestled on 14 acres along the shore of Big Redfish Lake and is surrounded by the tranquil beauty that accompanies this rare coastal dune lake, creating a quiet oasis. SAR also boasts an expansive private beach with flour soft white sand on the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf.
1116 Sanctuary At Redfish is a convenient first floor unit that is centrally located on the property, providing you easy access to all of its amenities. It has a relaxing vibe and beautifully marries coastal neutrals with designer elegance. You will be soothed aesthetically the moment you walk into the home. There is room for everyone to unwind in the spacious living area and enjoy each others company while meals are prepared in the kitchen and eaten together at the breakfast bar or the large dining table. Partake in a morning coffee, afternoon lunch or an evening cocktail on the large balcony overlooking the resort like pools and the well manicured landscaping
1116 has granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a thoughtfully stocked kitchen with every conceivable cooking essential, a Smart TV in the living area, designer furnishings throughout, ample seating for meals, a large, well appointed balcony with 2 lounge chairs with ottomans and 2 pub height tables with enough seating for 8. The WiFi  has a range that covers nearly the entire property including the pool deck and workout facility. The home also has a full size washer and dryer to help keep laundry loads to a minimum.
The master suite features a king sized bed as well as a Smart TV, ceiling fan, private door to the patio, walk in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with travertine tile and a walk-in shower. There is also a jetted tub and a dual vanity. 
The second bedroom provides guests with another king sized bed, room darkening shades, Smart TV, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom is furnished with children in mind, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, a tv, and en-suite bathroom.
Of course it's all about the beach and Sanctuary At Redfish doesn't disappoint, with a fun and unique way to access its private beach. A water taxi shuttles our guests on a short and scenic ride across Big Redfish Lake to the beach. The ride takes about 5 minutes and is a highlight for many of our guests. The boat runs seasonally from March 1 through December 1 beginning at 9:00am. (End times vary with the season.) You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll to the beach on the private boardwalk that runs adjacent to our sister development Sanctuary By The Sea. It is about a 15-20 minute walk. There are also several public beach access points throughout the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood that are open year round.
Once at the beach, there is complimentary beach service (seasonal) for our guests during their stay that includes 2 adirondack chairs and 1 umbrella. Additional chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the on site attendant as well.
When your day at the beach is over and you are ready to rinse off the sand, there are showers and bathrooms available at the pool deck. There are 4 pools (1 heated seasonally) and 2 hot tubs for all to enjoy. The soothing sounds of waterfalls within the pool hardscape is a nice luxurious feature of this beautiful pool area. For our grill masters there are 4  well maintained Weber gas grills in the pool area for them to use, as well as a large gas fire pit that is perfect for an evening gathering and making S'mores for the kids. 
There are no excuses for missing a workout during your stay with SAR's full workout facility that includes treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, stationary bikes and more. It includes both a men's and women's locker room with showers for post workouts. 
To preserve the natural beauty of the SAR development, the parking garage is located beneath the building which has the added benefit of keeping vehicles cooler during the hotter months. There are 4 elevators that access each floor including the garage level.  Luggage carts are also available to transport belongings to and from the condominium.
Surrounding the Sanctuary At Redfish property is a protected coastal forest with an abundance of walking/bike trails.  Along 30A itself is an 18.5 mile path that follows 30A from end to end. This is an excellent way to explore the neighborhoods, beaches and communities along 30A. Places like Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and others including Blue Mountain Beach itself. A short bike ride will get you to the Blue Mountain Creamery for  ice-cream or Redfish Taco for live music. There are a multitude of dining options within close proximity of SAR, many of which are within reasonable walking/biking distance. Also, for your grocery and shopping needs, a Pubix grocery and Wal-Mart Supercenter are a convenient 10-15 minute car ride away. A day trip into Destin or Panama City Beach will bring you to the more mainstream activities such as miniture golf, go-carts, charter fishing, dolphin tours, helicopter rides and much more.

- Sanctuary At Redfish is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. 
- Guest pets are NOT permitted on property.                  - Service animals ARE permitted at Sanctuary At Redfish.( Please note: Emotional support animals are not recognized as "service animals")
- No  RV's, boats or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. 
-Remotely controlled flying devices, commonly referred to as "drones" are prohibited from being physically present or operated in, on or over the condominium and its common elements.
- GAS powered golf carts only (NO electric). 
- Two parking spots are provided in the underground garage. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the above ground parking spaces

Our guests will receive a welcome kit with an initial supply of dish washing detergent, dish soap, sponge, paper towels and laundry detergent. There will also be a trash liner in each receptacle and toilet paper and soap for each bathroom is provided. These supplies are not intended to last the duration of most visits and the guests will need to account for anything needed beyond these initial supplies.
