We had a couple moms/daughters stay at this property, and really enjoyed it! It’s comfortable, light and bright, and had everything we needed for our stay. Love the proximity to the beach access as well as Seaside stores and restaurants, but the house was quiet. One thing that would help in the upstairs primary bedroom are better curtains over the bed - the neighboring house has a porch light that shines right into the room. But the bed was so comfy regardless! Loved this house!

Very clean and roomy. Walk to everything! Only thing was I missed in the description that the upstairs and downstairs were not connected. My fault but perhaps should be more prominent in the listing. Also, they only leave one key but you can ask for an extra which we did. Oh, and when they say checkout is at 9 you better be ready! Great stay!

This house and location was perfect for a girls trip to 30A!!! The house was the perfect amount of space for what we needed. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk over to Seaside, which was perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great house and amazing location

We loved staying on Dogwood and hope to be back next summer! Perfect location just a few houses from the beach made it easy for us to walk to our chairs each day and loved the bike rides into seaside square!! The pool is shaded and refreshing after a day at the beach! Great space for two families to share! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great stay but the only thing that we did not like was that the gravel road in and out was in bad shape. Pot holes all over filled with water so I had to cklean cakes of gravel dust from my wheel wells. Not the house issue, just the street issue.
