Our top story 2bed/2bath condo is nested along spectacular glimmering white quartz dunes boasting amazing and unobstructed views of the highest elevation beach along the Gulf of Mexico. From mid-October to early March, you will be entranced by the soft, orange-pink glow of sunsets while sipping your favorite drink from the balcony or taking an evening stroll along the beach. Summer guests will be mesmerized by full moons rising from the water entrancing the night's sky with their shimmering glow.

This small residential 10-unit building delivers an intimate feel, and is located within easy walking distance of some of the most desirable spots in South Walton including the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, Redfish Taco, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse and Provisions, and Big Daddy's Bike Shop. The living room is complete with a full-size sleeper sofa allowing this rental to comfortably sleep 6.The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee and tea to sip as you watch the sunrise from the dining room table or oversized patio. In-unit washer and dryer are also available.

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night. No pets allowed per HOA regulations.

On-site parking is restricted to one vehicle per rental. Minimal overflow street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

ONE CAR LIMIT- If you have an extra car- please inquire we have off site parking for $25 a day- If you have an RV- I have off site parking at $50 a day for RV
