Welcome to Blue Heaven! Decorated by our team of professional designers, this charming four-bedroom home is the chic beach retreat for which you have been searching. Facing one of two neighborhood community pools and 200 footsteps to the sand! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and a lovely bike ride to Seaside.

The main living area is featured on the second floor, including a living room, dining area, balcony, and full-size kitchen. A plush sectional sofa faces the SmartTV. An inviting dining table is available for evening meals with adjoining breakfast bar seating for additional guests. A powder room is available as is a private balcony with seating. Can't you feel the Gulf breezes from here?

A king suite and guest room with sleeping for 2 in twin bunks are located on the third floor. The en suite renovated spa bath includes a dual vanity sink, modern soaking tub, and large walk-in shower. A comfortable seating area and private balcony finish the grand suite.

Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more popular each year. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Fantastic Location

Quiet and charming neighborhood and the beach was so easy to get to! Pools were really nice. Kitchen had everything you needed. Great restaurants close by.

Great place but needs maintenance

We loved the house in spite of the many maintenance issues we had during our stay (Ie. coffee pot had a hole in it, microwave had to be held closed to work, closet door fell off, WiFi wasn’t working) the property mgr was responsive and things were fixed quickly except the microwave which was never replaced or repaired. The location and overall house was great otherwise. Clean. Beds super comfy. 4 bikes to use which was great. There is not any extra parking if friends come visit but the drive can hold 3 cars if you squeeze them in. The only other frustration was a 5pm checkin time which is hours later than any other property we have visited in the past.

2023 Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay here, so much!! It is a very short walk to the beach. Everyone had their own bedrooms and space. The kitchen was spacious for everyone to get in and out of. Also, our teens loved the bikes that were given with the condo! Everything worked out so well for us!

No view no heated pool

Thank you for requesting feedback. I wish all was positive. I have mixed reviews of this property. The location seemed great at first, nice and close to the beach access and pool. Although the construction of the new home across the street is not ideal for vacation. Also, the traffic of people from outside the neighborhood to trespass through a property 2 doors down at the end of the road to gain unauthorized access to the private beach was very unsettling and seemed to make the location much less desirable for our family. So much unauthorized foot traffic, creepy. The home is advertised as having a gulf view. This is not true. You can see a glimpse of water through trees and overtop of dumpsters if you look through the screened window in the dining room, must have keen eyesight, and definitely not a view you will want to sit to enjoy. The home was very dirty, and no cleaning supplies were left for us to clean it ourselves. There are so many items damaged or well-used. Kitchen cabinets were falling off of the wall, trash drawer near broken, washer and dryer rusty and dingy with a disgusting filter, shower walls were not clean, one shower handle was not connected to the wall, deck railing banisters were broken with rusty nails sticking out so not suitable for children, and much more. This home is picture beautiful but needs quite a bit of TLC. The pools were not heated as advertised and very dirty. One was so filthy and non-functional/closed the entire week. Very few guests used the other, just so dirty, cloudy, and the pool are was unkept. This lack of transparency was unfortunate. I looked and also not only was the property in many ways not as described I was charged nearly $200 per night more than this unit charges any other week. I believe this should be rectified and that I should receive a partial refund. I did thoroughly enjoy the beach and the close proximity for bike rides to shops and restaurants. The layout worked great for our family. Given my frustration, I would rather not leave a formal review at this time. Maybe after I hear back regarding how management decides to rectify/respond to this unfortunate experience. Available for questions, clarification, and additional items. There are more. Thank you.

Very weathered house

First off, I have never left a poor review but this has to be done. We were not pleased with the house. The bottom floor bedrooms are like old basement rooms. Always felt damp. The kitchen was old as well. Cabinets and countertops are old and dirty feeling. Definitely not worth the price you pay. We stay in vaca rentals most of the summer. This home was to be our “big” vaca of the summer but was BY FAR our least favorite. There is a view of the gulf from the kitchen window (through a condo building in front of the house) BUT you have to see all the dumpsters first. There are nails and sharp metal everywhere outside because of construction. AND yes, the construction is loud because the houses are so crammed in this tiny street. The parking is horrible. You have to do a 10 point turn to get out, and if you are lucky no construction workers are blocking the driveway. Literally we had to go looking for the workers to just get our cars out! The pool itself was clean but the area around it is so overgrown and not kept up. Sadly, we left a day early because we were kinda over it. Lastly, the beach chair company hustles you everyday! Beware! We tipped over $100 to be front row and on day two were told well, everyone else takes care of us as well so we will see what we can do. Had to give him $20 more to get up front! I will say management was quick to respond to any email I had. The issues I had were taken care of, like the freezer not working and there was no wash cloths.

Prime location at a beautiful property

The house is absolutely amazing, it’s located 50 steps from the beach, it was super clean and everything you could think of was taken care of. We loved biking to the donut hole every morning, we biked to seaside (15min ride) and all the locals restaurants on 30A. We had a blast! There are 2 rooms on the ground floor and the master and bunk room on the top floor. I felt a little uncomfortable the first night as the kids were all the way downstairs but after realizing it’s a super safe and quiet neighborhood it was all fine. The teens would run up and forth to the beach and the pool and we all had a blast! Thank you for hosting us. One little recommendation would be to add curtains to the master bedroom, we were up every morning right after runrise. Also, adding chairs to the deck would create added value. There is a lot of construction going on all throughout the Seaside area but they really try to not start making noise before 8am but it is something to be prepared for.
