The condo is calm and peaceful with a view of the ocean. Pictures of the unit are very accurate. The beds are comfortable. The pool is nice and the walk to beach is very quick. We love Gulf Place and can’t wait to come back. This was our first time on the fourth floor and it really makes for a better view.

Great stay as always, some serious maintenance with steps occurring, and pool. Surprised it wasn’t completed during off season. Always love coming back to these condos, I think they would all benefit from some small updates, replacing couch or steam cleaning, replacing cushions on porch door handles to pools. But overall will come back again, amazing location and experience

Great stay! Condo was very nice!! Great location. Not a direct reflection of the unit but we had challenges finding a place to charge the rented golf cart on the property. Phyllis was great and worked with our cart rental company to find a temporary solution.

This was a great location in walking distance to restaurants. The VERY, VERY, VERY best thing about this location was that we had our own private beach access and did not have to put up with the craziness happening at the public beach access. The condo itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds in the hallway. We were all adults that stayed in the condo so maybe a child would be comfortable sleeping on the bunk mattress. I did ask the management company before we arrived 4 specific questions via email. Only 2 of the 4 were answered and one of them was wrong. This was not a deal breaker for me to return again but it was frustrating. On the balcony there was a small table with two chairs and then a high chair that was falling apart. It had metal shavings coming off of it and you could not go barefoot on the balcony. That chair needs to be replaced PLUS there needs to be seating for at least 4 people on the balcony. We had to use our beach chairs when the four of us wanted to be on the balcony. Warning, the road noise from 30A is annoying but the location of this unit outweighs that negative. We will be renting this unit in the future even with some of the little negatives.
