„He is an AMAZING host went above and beyond for me and my friends would book again “

„Got around easily alone since it's close to the SAP Center and shops nearby. Air conditioning worked better than expected compared to other spots I've used.“

„Such a wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The owners thought of absolutely everything! We appreciated the coffee, the snacks, the waters and beverages, the extra towels and even the magnifying mirror. Clear communication too. Very quiet and a cute little private yard.“

„The hosts were very friendly and very welcoming, if I had any issues they were very quick to help out. I would definitely stay here again!“

„We had such a wonderful stay with Todd and Kate! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as described. We truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything!“

„A well situated property in a quiet location in the south of San Jose. Sufficiently clean and plenty of space for a family of four. Good value, and a solid jumping off point from the South Bay.“

„Location was perfect, the place was very clean. Decor was cozy and minimalistic. Primary bed mattress was very comfortable.“

„Fantastic communicative pleasant host. Truly made us feel welcomed and that it was our home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. So convenient to everything!! If you are here on a Wednesday make sure from 4-8 you got the Santana row farmers market.“

„The worst experience I have ever had. I couldn't believe the condition of this room. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a horrible smell. The floors were filthy, and the beds were disgusting. The blankets had red lipstick stains, also what looked like spilled juice, and hair all over them. There were also multiple gray, yellow, and white stains on the bedding. The room itself was in terrible condition. The phone was out of place, the walls had yellow stains, and both the ...
