Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay.“

„We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking ...

„We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. We had a pleasant take-out dinner with our daughter in the dining room, and walked our dog around the neighborhood, and had coffee down the block. Als wir uns kurioserweise aus dem Schlafzimmer ausgesperrt hatten, wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit per Mail geholfen. Deswegen 5 Sterne.“

„Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.“
