„Had a great stay for our anniversary. They were kind to give us a free upgrade and the room was very spacious and clean. I didn’t find the bed and pillows to be the most comfortable but I also recognize I am very selective about my pillows. Lol The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect, walkable to everything we wanted! The only downside which didn’t bother us too much but I could see it bothering others, was the bar downstairs/next-door which is very loud. “

„Thoroughly enjoyed a nice September weekend at Mar Monte. The staff were wonderful: friendly & helpful. I'm from out of State, and found the fresh produce in the restaurants to be outstanding, along with good service. The room was comfortable - firm mattress, with a soft pillow-top, soft pillow, good temperature. They do have a primitive cooling system, which is rather loud. Bathroom & shower were clean & good. „Very close to the beach and the pier. Parking available right in front of the hotel. Free Wifi and breakfast as well. Nice small pool and a hot tub between the building. Only a few walking minutes from the main shopping and restaurants. Silent rooms with enough space. Would recommend it!“
„If the online checking fails it is hard to check in, it can be done via the bar but if you come through the parking lot it's difficult to get.

„We loved our stay at the Palihouse in Santa Barbara. The hotel is so beautiful and there is so much love in every details. First, there is free parking which is quite convenient. While we checked in, we got a glass of champaign which was really nice and we felt welcome. The pool area is not too big, but we were lucky and there was always free space and it was comfortable to hang out there. „Ganz aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft!! Liegt super und ist vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top. Super eingerichtet und der Innenbereich vom Hof ist genial zum Ausruhen, chillen und auch zum Spielen. Haben unsere Tage dort sehr genossen und alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Kleines Frühstück auch mit dabei. "Netter Empfang, Personal generell sehr freundlich und bemüht. Top Lage, 5 min zu Fuß an den Strand. Super Auswahl beim Frühstück. Hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon was sehr toll war "
"Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch der tolle Außenbereich mit Teich und Pool ist sehr schön. Ein ganz ganz ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich der Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet geben. Es ist Wahnsinn wie sie das alleine im Griff hat, sie ist wirklich ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, unglaublich fleißig und macht das Frühstück zu einem sehr positiven Erlebnis. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass es Tische im Außenbereich gibt. Das war toll. Ein in n out Burger ist übrigens fußläufig erreichbar, das hat die Abende nett gemacht."
