Der beheizte Pool und der Whirlpool waren sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, die Betten bequem, es gab extra Handtücher für den Pool, der Service war super freundlich, sowohl für die Zimmer als auch am Empfang. Das Frühstücksbuffet bestand aus Kaffee, Tee, Fruchtsäften, frischem Obst, Müsli, Joghurt und Muffins, super lecker. Immer wieder empfehlenswert.

We had a two night stay. First night was a "no sleeper" due to parking lot noise, slamming doors, thin walls, fire alarm going off when someone pulled the Fire emergency alarm device, strange mattress cover that crinkled, room fan kept turning itself off, exposing more noise. After complaining, staff was very gracious and apologetic and kindly moved us to another room toward the street which seemed like it was in a different hotel. Quiet, comfy, better mattress, much better a/c unit and fan, actually quite nice. It changed our attitude about the hotel.On another note, breakfast is less than OK. Why the pastries have to be ice cold is a real downer and limited fruit and cereals are non-starters. Why not skip the breakfast and lower the price of the rooms $5. Just serve coffee and tea. In summary, the hotel seems old and tired. If you get the right room, the place is pretty good. In the wrong room, it's a journey back in time.

Put $50 for incidental fees on credit card when checking into hotel- which was supposed to be destroyed at check out. Did not use anything at hotel which would accrue "incidental fees". Hotel charged the $50 on my credit card. Manager says I will get $50 credit in the near future. Waiting for credit ! I have never had this happen to me at any other hotel.

They had a continental breakfast. There were a ton of dinner options near by. The staff was very polite and they made the check in and out quick and easy.

The property was ok, noisy neighbors at Al times, the floor was damp like the carpet was just washed, the whole room smelled very strongly like disinfectant. In my opinion way overpriced for what it is.

We had a great stay at the Sandpiper Lodge. We had a large suite room that was a great for our family. I also loved the large shower! The pool and hot tub are small but my son still enjoyed them. Location is great and convenient to lots of things to do.

The workers kept talking really loud early in the morning. There was no peaceful time in the mornings. It appears the workers love to chat early in the employee room. The outlets need to be upgraded. Now a days usually outlets have the usb port to charge cellphones.

The property was adequate for our stay; the staff understood our need (wheelchair customer) and gave us a ground floor accomodation; however, it turned out to be noisy and we could not sleep after 5 am; we talked to the front desk who changed the accomodation for the next 2 nights; they made the change when we were out in the town, tranfered our luggage, etc. Appreciate their service. Not many choices in the breakfast items; but the place was clean and well stocked.

In town for a tour of UCSB. Close to downtown SB and UCSB. Our room was really nice and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was simple but very good. Staff was very welcoming and quick to bring us extra towels. Would definitely stay here again!
