Tolles Hotel in toller Lge. Freundliche Leute. Schönes Zimmer. Wenige Lauminuten zu STrand und Pier. 10min bis Downtown. Immer wieder gerne.

Freundlich, modern, gute Lage!
Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns beinahe genau so klasse gefallen, wie der erste. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und überhaupt alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das Haus und die Zimmer sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand! Die Lage ist so günstig, dass man sowohl Strand, als auch Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichen kann. Für Ausflüge mit dem Auto passt es ebenfalls, da man in 3 min auf der CA101 ist. Vermisst haben wir nur die netten Kleinigkeiten (Croissants, Muffins & O- Saft am Morgen und Käse & Wein am Nachmittag) die uns beim 1. Aufenthalt so positiv aufgefallen sind. Leider befinden sich zur Zeit in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Hotels mehrere Baustellen, so dass man unter der Woche ab 7 Uhr mit Baulärm rechnen muss. Uns hat das nicht so sehr gestört, da wir meist mit der Sonne aufgestanden sind. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Super Hotel! Perfekte Lage.
Schönes Hotel, saubere kleine aber schöne Zimmer. 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, 5 Minuten bis zur Shoppingmeile. Perfekt gelegen. Aber leider direkt an der Bahn, die immer wenn sie kommt laut hupt... Zum Glück war unser Zimmer zur anderen Seite. Die Eismaschine im Flur war aber auch etwas lauter. Konnten super schlafen, aber empfindliche Ohren haben es da wohl schwerer, dafür sind dann Ohrstöpsel im Bad, Frühstück ist im Restaurant inklusive, sehr lecker. Hat uns aber keiner gesagt, dass wir zusätzlich noch Tax und Tip geben sollen.... waren etwas überrumpelt. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!!!

Klein aber fein
Kleines, in historischem Gebäude untergebrachtes Hotel. Indogo bürgt für das Spezielle, so auch hier. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher ungeeignet, jedoch hat es alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Pier im Süden und Old Town im Norden. Bahnhof (Amtrak, zum Glück Pause in der Nacht) 100m hinter dem Hotel.

Zimmer viel zu klein , kein Platz für Mensch und Gepäck.dusche und WC viel zu klein. Preisleistung stimmt in keiner Art.wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

The best part about this hotel is its location on State Street, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. But the rooms are very small, and that will only work if it’s laid out like a Japanese capsule hotel or an airport hotel. They really need to redesign the room layout and furnishing for it to work comfortably in such a tight space. Another big thing to consider is that you will have to pay for parking at $45/night and pet fees are $75/night. So if you brought your dog and have a car, you will have to add $110/night to the rate you’re paying, by which point, you’re better off paying for a much nicer hotel nearby.

Staff were the best. Friendly, helpful, informative. Common areas were very inviting adding a warm space to sit and relax expanding the space beyond your room. Gave it a 4 on facilities only for low water pressure. Other wise it was an excellent experience. I personally won’t let that hinder a future visit.

Great location and well styled & stocked facility. However, our room was very small for the 4 of us, and we had 2 full size beds. if I stay there again, I would clearly request queen size beds and confirm the room is a larger on site.

The Riviera Beach House is a boutique hotel with lots of beautiful art and nice decor. It’s located in the Funk Zone which is an arty neighborhood full of wineries and original shops. There are also some good restaurants, bakeries and cafe’s nearby. This hotel was very central, close to Stearns Wharf and State Street which was convenient. It was very clean and smelled great and the room was comfortable although small. I really enjoyed staying there and would stay there again.

This beautiful property is in a perfect location. It’s literally steps away from the train station and walking distance from multiple restaurants, wineries, the pier/boardwalk and the beach! Perfect for couples!

Loved the vibe, the location, and the cleanliness of the property! A downside was the room I booked was very small (I booked a King Bed with Garden View) and a tiny bathroom, if you’re on the toilet, you’re sitting right in front of the sink with shower right next to you - but we were only there for one night, so we didn’t mind as much. Also, you can hear what’s going on in the hallways and a little bit of next door. Lastly, the train! The property is pretty close to the train tracks and so you’d hear the honking from time to time. Overall, pleasant stay with friendly and very accommodating staff :)

This hotel was in a great spot, and the staff was really accommodating and friendly. I called ahead to reserve a spot in the parking lot (paid valet parking), which turned out to be important! The only negative would be the small room size - the king size bed took up most of the room, and there was nowhere for a large mirror to hang. The bathroom/shower was compact, and would be too small for a larger person to use. Other than that, everything was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel smelled great - so overall we call this one a win if you are ok with a small space.

The staff was lame. Did not inform needed to REQUEST maid service. Overcharged both my sister and my credit cards, duplicating charges. Valet is a joke-$48 and you get your own car. One day valet put someone else’s keys in my car and I could have driven away with them. The hotel interior is beautiful but the rooms are TINY. The location is great.

The Room was so small. Our luggage took up the only walking space. There was no area to keep luggage out of the way. The bathroom was tiny. No counter space. The shower had no doors and the water splashed into the bathroom area. The parking was 49$ a night. There was parking offered 2 blocks away for 42$ a night. There was no late check out available. I was very disappointed.

Small room but very clean and modern. Very nice common areas to relax and have a beverage. Lots of dining options and easy walk to Funk Zone, which is very fun. Not far from State Street promenade. Excellent location. Parking expensive.

While the room was a tad small and didn’t have a mini fridge, it was clean, up to date, and the bed was very comfortable. Site parking is limited and there is no elevator. There is free neighborhood parking nearby. The location is hard to beat as it is on State Street and very close to the Fun Zone and Stearns Wharf. Yes, I would stay there again.

Upon arrival I was advised that no parking was available. I had to park blocks away at night. Our room was very small and there were dead insects on the bathroom floor. The body wash bottle in the shower was empty. We had an upgraded room with an outdoor patio, the patio was nice. The next day I talked with another valet staff who advised there was parking space and the person working the night before was new. I relocated my vehicle to the valet. I was told that maybe they could waive the cost of parking because of the inconvenience - did not occur. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. All in all, I will not return to this property.

We stayed at The Riviera Beach House this past weekend and it was absolutely great! Jennie was at the front desk and was very professional and attentive. She offered rental bikes so we could take a stroll to East Beach, the SB Court House and all the way down State street. The room was clean. The patio was super cute. The location perfect, walking distance to everything. No complaints at all. We will be back this summer!
