„Schone kamer, gastvrij personeel en behulpzaam, super ontbijt en avondeten, topservice!“

„Nyaman“

„Our deluxe room was OK, clean and bright although some black spots on the walls could be seen. Also horrible noise that disturbed us was loud music from the bar of the Novotel Hotel which started from 10.00 pm to 2 am every night. We informed the Ibis staffs about the noise, but no changes.“

„Comfortable room “

„had feel some language barrier. “

„proses cek in agak lama, karena sesuatu hal. Selebihnya cukup baik“

„Good location“

„Nice“

„Très bien “

„Great value lodging with hospitable staff. Check-in and check-out process was good. The only thing that was disappointing was the appearance of one of the duvets in the room. There were lots of stain marks. I asked for one of the staff for a new duvet in the morning, but when I got back into my room in the evening the same duvet was put on my bed instead of being replaced.“
