schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das Hotel ist im Stadtkern aber nicht unbedingt mitten drin. Man kann in wenigen Minuten alle wichtigen Plätze des Dorfes erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichaltig und völlig ausreichend.

The central tree in the patio is an awesome place to relax after a walk or visit around one of the many sites in the San Pedro surroundings. The small pool is refreshing, and having the restaurant/bar makes it very pleasurable. And Don Raul is very nicely located. You can walk anywhere.

Visão geral
Tivemos experiência com dois tipos de quarto de casal. Acho que no primeiro (o de nível melhor) só faltou uma lâmpada clara (como a decoração é rústica, as lâmpadas são todas mais escuras, fica lindo, porém, se tivesse pelo menos uma da clara, ficaria melhor). No segundo tipo de quarto (um nível abaixo do anterior), a única coisa que não gostamos foi ser ventilador e não se condicionado (fomos ciente, só uma questão de opinião mesmo). Como passamos uma semana, pegamos muitos dias do café da manhã, achamos que poderia mesclar mais as opções, pois foram as mesmas opções praticamente todos os dias. No geral, nós gostamos muito do hotel! Muito bem localizado, dá para fazer tudo a pé, bem na rua Caracoles. O café da manhã (mesmo com a ressalva dada anteriormente), é tudo de qualidade, gostoso e reposto constantemente. A água do chuveiro forte é muito boa. O pessoal da recepção muito atencioso e prestativo. E a decoração do hotel, amamos!

Meu marido e eu passamos o fim de semana do Natal nesta pousada pitoresca e charmosa. Na mesma rua dos restaurantes e lojas, porém afastada o suficiente para não ouvir o burburinho dos turistas. Muitos brasileiros se hospedam nela. No quarto tem ar condicionado, cama queen, no wc tem ducha forte, gostosa! Atendimento da recepção excelente e limpeza também! Esses são os pontos positivos. Para nós o que poderia melhorar seria: iluminação do quarto, pois ele é muito escuro. Colocar um frigobar e uma TV mesmo pequena na parede e um espelho de corpo. E dar um jeito de tampar os números do ar condicionado que a Luz é tão forte que incomoda na hora de dormir. Detalhe: a suíte é bem pequena e mal distribuída! Mas, isso não tem como mudar . Só empurrar a cama mais para o lado e talvez mudar a mesinha de lugar, para ter mais espaço para passagem até o banheiro! Ficamos na suíte 39. Perto no estacionamento! Quanto ao café da manhã , ele é servido no restaurante que está dentro do hotel e é aberto ao público no almoço e jantar. Café da manhã muito fraco em relação à hospedagem! Não tem café, só Nescafé solúvel. Café da máquina vc paga a parte. E as outras coisas nada demais. No dia de Natal, fomos tomar café as 9h e já não tinha mais algumas coisas ; e o café de máquina tbm não, pq o staff não tinha ligado ainda a máquina para esquentar!

The property is peaceful, except when people talk loud you can hear the noise from the other room at night or early in the morning. Convenient to stay as it is closed to all the shopping areas and the main town. Regarding the room, comfy and clean. Except the day previous to leave the hotel, the washroom was not that very clean. About the amenities. There was missing the toothpaste, so bring your own. Swimming pool is not too big and there is only two launch chairs. Even if I wanted to use it, I could not because all the time was bussy. Overall the staff team are very polite and friendly the location is pretty good.

Muy recomendable
Fue una estadía muy cómoda. Atención amable. Instalaciones rústicas pero muy acogedoras. Pieza agradable, sin TV lo que favorece el descanso, la tranquilidad y la armonía con el entorno. La ubicación es excelente, si bien está en la calle principal (Caracoles), está justo una cuadra antes del comercio y agencias de turismo.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, mas um tinha tomei banho gelado e tinha um aquecedor que aquecia muito pouco o quarto. Horário do café normalmente é após os horários de saidas dos passeios, ou seja, todos os passeios saem as 7 hr e o café inicia as 7.

This hotel is in a good part of San Pedro de Atacama, right off the main strip of “downtown.” There are lots of restaurants, travel agencies, and shops nearby. The hotel is clean, and the facilities are nice. The breakfast is very good. My only complaint is the water in the shower did not get hot, and I’m not sure why because hot water came out of the sink faucet. The breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Prós e contras
O Hotel é muito bonito e acolhedor, porèm numa reserva de 6 dias a internet só funcionou 2, mesmo assim sofrida. O horário do café não bate com os passeios e não oferecem o kit que até os hostels dão, e vi um ratinho passeando no jardim, tudo bem que é um deserto, mas precisa de controle. A cama era bem dura e os travesseiros também. Vale a incrível localização

excelente experiencia
estuvimos hospedadas 3 noches en Don Raúl y no hay mas que palabras de agradecimoentos pq todo estuvo muy bueno. Detalles corregibles como no contar siempre con toallas grandes, pero fueron repuestas de inmediato, y todo lo que necesitamos fue de inmediato otorgado. La amabilidad de recepción extraordinaria y el café a dispiosicion a las 4 am, antes del Tatio fue un gran detalle. volveré!!

Don Raul is a good value. It’s clean and friendly and conveniently located. It does not have any extra amenities though and the bathrooms are tiny. One more we woke up and did not have any power or water. This was fixed quickly so not complaining just something to be aware of when you are trying to decide whether to shower at night or in the morning before a tour. Overall would recommend.

Foi boa, o hotel é bom dentro do que se espera, porem caro pro que oferece (tudo bem que a demanda do local deixa caro os valores). Quartos sem aquecedor ou arcondiconado. Café da manhã bom. Quarto pequeno mas bom. Banheiro ok. O hotel tem um espaço muito lindo fora, porem é tão bom que alguns hóspedes se esquecem preferem estar aí fazendo muito barulho e incomodando o resto dos quartos que gostariam de descansar. Enfim. É bem localizado e isso é um ponto muito forte já que tudo na cidade se concentra nessa rua!

O hotel é bem localizado mas não faz jus ao preço que cobra. Muito mal iluminado, apenas 02 arandelas no quarto + 01 no banheiro. Água quente sempre que precisei, apenas um travesseiro por pessoa. Tive que pedir mais um e entregaram prontamente. Banheiro apertado. Ar condicionado em bom funcionamento. Café da manhã bem servido mas no primeiro dia o café só ficou pronto quase 07 horas da manhã... Estava com pressa para pegar o tour mas consegui tomar o café depois de muita insistência. A piscina não condiz com o ângulo da foto, é como uma banheira de água parada.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado dentro de San Pedro, tiene unas instalaciones bonitas, acorde con el Lugar y el entorno. En general su personal es muy atento y servicial. Yo esperaba un poco mas de las habitaciones, y ya dentro de ellas creeria que podrian estar en mejor estado. Mi estancia fue buena y recomiendo el hotel.

O hotel é super bem localizado, na rua Caracoles, tem vários mercadinhos, restaurantes próximos e lojinhas de souvenir. O atendente do hotel é brasileiro e ajuda em tudo o que precisar, o hotel é bem rústico mas super charmoso. Pontos negativos: o chuveiro ou esquenta demais ou esfria demais pra manter o meio termo foi difícil, mas nada que atrapalhe ... e o barulho dos quartos vizinhos da para ouvir tudo o que os outros hospedem conversam... não sei se meus vizinhos que falavam alto demais e não tive sorte ou se é assim mesmo. Enfim eu voltaria novamente mesmo com estes dois pontos negativos. Internet cai às vezes tbm mas tem varias redes pra trocar quando uma não pega. Pontos positivos: localização, staffs atenciosos, café da manhã simples porém com bastante opção ...

O hotel fica na Caracoles, bem no centro de San Pedro. O quarto e sobretudo o banheiro são bem pequenos. A cama é confortável. Todos os dias, limparam o quarto e o banheiro e trocaram as roupas de cama e de banho. Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos. Fizeram, tarde da noite, um chá de folha de coca para nós, pois sentimos os efeitos da altitude. O café da manhã é bem servido, embora as opções não mudem muito de um dia pro outro. No geral, é uma boa opção, embora o custo seja alto para o que oferece como benefício
