„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. „Das Frühstückspersonal war eine Katastrophe. Sonntag 21:00 Uhr wurde wegen Corona alles heruntergefahren. Frühstück statt vorher Buffet nur noch lieblos in Plastik. Keinerlei Fragen, ob man vielleicht noch was anderes anbieten kann. Ich fragte nach Käse, da wurde mir die Plastikschale mit dem , eiskalten‘ Rührei entrissen und in der Küche sage und schreibe eine Scheibe Käse dazugelegt.Ich sagte dem Herren im Service , ob dies normal sei, aber dies hat ihn überhaupt nicht tangiert. „Es un hotel viejo, le falta mantenimiento a las fachadas. Las albercas son pequeñas. La habitación está bien. Varios restaurantes alrededor en la zona. La playa es peligrosa por las corrientes, no recomendada para nadar, eso sí muy bonita.“

„The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses. After asking them to clean it up and change the blankets, they simply just flipped the blanket upside down thinking it would no longer be noticed.
