„Das Frühstückspersonal war eine Katastrophe. Sonntag 21:00 Uhr wurde wegen Corona alles heruntergefahren. Frühstück statt vorher Buffet nur noch lieblos in Plastik. Keinerlei Fragen, ob man vielleicht noch was anderes anbieten kann. „Great location in Old San Juan. Stayed here for a wedding in the Hotel. Reception there was fantastic! The Hotel was an old Nuns Convent restored to a Hotel with its original vibe and the area surrounding it still has the original vibe of and older Puerto Rico. It has 5 stars but don’t expect a US version but a quaint and comfortable older rendition of the past with modern comfort. “

„The staff here at this hotel are all amazing people. They are friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Kudos to Nicole she was super helpful and kind with giving directions and telling us all the popular places to go to in San Juan. The restaurants, beach, and nightlife is all close by it’s a great location. The daily breakfast is good and fresh I would recommend this hotel to anyone you wouldn’t be disappointed!!“
