„Caribe Hilton is absolutely beautiful. I felt safe during our entire stay. The adult pool was stunning and loved all the amenities available for families. I wish they would pay more attention to the kiddie pool, it appeared to have a lot of scum (probably from sunscreen), just not as clean and clear as the main pool. The resort itself is stunning but some parts look somewhat dated. Overall a great experience, everyone was super friendly.“

„The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses. After asking them to clean it up and change the blankets, they simply just flipped the blanket upside down thinking it would no longer be noticed. „I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.“
