Dear Afshan, thank you for your socore. We sorry about the experience you had of the night life at the downtown of the citry. The hotel is very well located just a few steps you can find restaurants, bars, shoops, gallerys, activities, also is the main square just a few blocks, it is a part of the ciry where you can find a lot of enterteinement and great food. We got corder foam ear plugs for our guest. We hope to have you back in a near future.

Dear Ryan, sorry that you had a bad experience at the hotel. However at the description of the property we provide the information that the units Standar and Junior suites are located at the "INN BUILDING" a cross the street, in fact that was the first Encanto inn Hotel. Several years later the property grow and made the Suite Building. If you decide to come back at our property we recomend you you reserve a Suite unit to stay at the Main building.Thank you!
