The Space:

This hidden Bay Park gem sits perched above the city, giving you some of the best views out over the coastline and beyond. The design takes advantage of the views from nearly every deck, patio, and lounge, making outdoor entertaining the highlight.



Inside the home you’ll be just as impressed with its two bright, open living areas. Each room is filled with inviting sofas, family-sized lounges, and reading chairs, along with a huge 65" HDTV in one loaded with streaming apps for movie nights and binge-watching all your favorite series.



The two living spaces also feature sleeper sofas in each giving you room for an additional four guests.



Across from the main living space is the elegant dining area and the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker and all the quality cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need to whip up a delicious dinner or a breakfast fit for a king.



With room for up to eight guests in total, the home is perfect for large families and groups with two generous bedrooms to choose from including a separate studio suite and of course the bonus sleeping areas in the living room.



The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed with a sparkling attached bathroom, stunning views across the bay and AC to keep you comfortable. The second bedroom is a retreat all in itself with its own kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, comfortable queen bed and access to one of the many great outdoor spaces through the sliding glass door.

Outside is the star of the show where you’ll be treated to a multi level oasis of alfresco dining, games, comfortable spaces, luxury and indulgence.



The games room comes packed with something for all ages from the arcade machine to the changeable pool/tennis table to the giant Connect 4 and the dartboard. You’ll also find some outdoor games under the deck, along with relaxing hammock chairs, a deluxe fire pit area, and a casual dining space for when you need a little shade from the afternoon sun.



By the games room is the indulgent swim spa and outdoor lounge area connected with string lighting overhead giving you the ideal place for an evening drink before letting your stress melt away in the soothing spa.



On the main deck is the second dining area overlooking the bay along with a swing seat and a lounge where you can sit back with your favorite book and soak up the views.



The upper deck is where it’s at with the best views in the house. Here, you can open up the sliding glass doors off the living room to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space and luxuriate in yet another inviting lounge while you enjoy a bottle of wine with friends and those endless San Dieo vistas – what more could you want for your next Californian getaway!

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire back home and the private decked and patio areas via a side gate. You'll also have access to free Wi-Fi, free street parking, complimentary coffee and access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer. Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! There is a second home at the front of the property that is off-limits to guests and can also be booked to cater to larger groups.

Nestled in the beautiful Bay Park neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of quiet residential living with easy access to the heart of San Diego giving you a great central location to start your getaway!

Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride-share company like Uber, with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night, or catch the train with the closest stop an easy 15-minute walk away.



When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This San Diego icon is a great way to see the city with three different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!



Please note that there is also a second home at the front of the property– this home can also be booked to cater to even larger groups. When booking the properties individually, we ask that you please be respectful of noise levels during your stay.
