The most convenient transit options include taking MTS Bus Route 30 or Route 1, which provide direct service along major local roads and connect to various parts of San Diego. For broader access, the San Diego Trolley's Green and Blue Lines are a short drive away, linking you to downtown and other key areas. Additionally, major roads like Interstate 805 and Interstate 5 are easily accessible, offering quick connections to different parts of the city and surrounding regions. ☀ Hot Tub: In order to conserve energy & protect the environment our hot tub will be set at 80 degrees. When you arrive, just turn it up to 100 to heat up. Thank you!

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Vendors to expect during your stay. Hot tub service is every Wednesday.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 16 people

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

10) No glass bottles near jacuzzi. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in jacuzzi. Please rinse off prior to using. Leave jacuzzi vacuum in pool at all times. Additional cleaning fees will apply if jacuzzi requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

11) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

Any violations of the house rules are subject to a minimum $500 fine with Host’s rights to cancel reservation and immediate removal from property with no refund.

*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.

Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation.
