Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.
Private entrance: Located on the alley side, offering quiet seclusion.
Amenities: WiFi, Window air conditioning, and access to a washer and dryer (shared with a neighbor).

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our studio is just steps from both the beach and the bay. Enjoy sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Pacific. Local coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores are just a block away.

Rental requirements:
Primary renter must be 24 years or older unless otherwise approved.
