North Park, 2-Bett 1 Bad spanisches Wiederbelebungshaus

In zentraler Lage in North Park, dieses malerische 2 Schlafzimmer Spanish Revival Haus, wurde neu renoviert, mit einer Küche, die zum Esszimmer, Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage öffnet, einen großen Garten mit Terrasse und Grill. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, aber immer noch 2 Minuten, einen halben Block zu Fuß zum kleinen Supermarkt Parkside Food, der Thorn Street Brewery, den abendlichen Gourmet-Food-Trucks, dem Grand Ole BBQ y Asado, dem Santos Coffee House und einem Friseur. Eine schnelle vier Blocks zu Fuß zur Buslinie Nummer 2 nach Süden in die Innenstadt, oder South Park, oder nördlich zu den North Park Restaurants. Sie können auch 8 Minuten zu 30th Street und Upas für eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gehen. Der San Diego Zoo befindet sich 1, 7 Meilen entfernt im schönen Balboa Park, der Schauplatz der 1915 Panama-California Exposition. Balboa Park beherbergt heute das Natural History Museum, das San Diego Museum of Art und viele andere historische Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Schönes Haus in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft

Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Im Garten gibt es mehrere Sitzplätze und auch hier ist alles sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns in der Woche, die wir hier verbracht haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und angenehm. Die Lage in North Park ist ideal, 5 Minuten Fahrt zum großen Supermarkt, 10 Minuten zum Balboa Park und Fashion Valley. Wenn wir wieder nach San Diego reisen, werden wir das Haus sicher wieder mieten.

Great house and location

Loved this house, it was beautiful and very clean. Pretty much stocked with anything you need. They even had beach chairs to use which were very nice. Washing machines for normal clothes and one for beach stuff. The neighborhood was very quiet, never really heard anything. Great little restaurants and shops near by. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you!

I have stayed in several VRBOs around the world, and this is the best I have ever stayed in. Excellent quiet location in North Park, exceptionally well equipped with everything you would want for a short or a long stay, including a really nice and nicely equipped back yard. Communications with Mick and Lynn were very speedy. Next time I am in San Diego I will definitely want to stay here!

Beautiful Home, Amazing Neighborhood

This home is even better than the listing. My husband, two kids, and I stayed for almost a week and had all of the amenities of home, including step stools for the kids, laundry supplies, and more. We loved being able to walk to some great restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store, and the easy proximity to Balboa Park and anywhere else we wanted to go was a definite perk. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe and a private back patio was a beautiful oasis and a nice place to relax once the kids went to sleep. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great home away from home in San Diego!

Location is very centrally located if you are looking to explore the city. Perfection!

We were so happy with our choice to stay at Mick and Lynn’s home. It is in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in North Park, and just a short drive to most of San Diego’s attractions. Street parking is abundant. The home is impeccably decorated and the thoughtful provisions and amenities made us truly feel at home away from home. Best Short-term Rental We Have Experienced

My spouse and I recently spent a delightful month at Mick and Lynn’s place in North Park, San Diego. It is a located is on a pleasant, walkable, residential street and its mature desert landscaping might make it the prettiest house on the block. I don't think the listing photos do justice to the place itself. The location is ideal: very close to Balboa Park, which we visited several times. Easy onto the freeway gave us access to downtown, the coast, La Jolla, the mountains – just about anywhere. And if you don’t want to drive, there are plenty of shops, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Everything was immaculate and well-kept. The backyard is a peaceful oasis with multiple seating areas where beautiful plantings and small fountain attract birds. It was just unfortunate that the chill kept us inside at night instead of outside under the garden lights. There is reliable and strong wifi with many outlets equipped with direct USB ports. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook meals, which we did often. The hosts are most thoughtful and available to answer any questions. My husband and I have done quite a bit of traveling, and without a doubt, this house is the most professionally run short-term rental we have stayed in.

Delightful, cozy in every way. The only problem I had was with the check in. I arrived at night and could not see the house number from my car. I wound up having to walk from house to house (there was a cold rain at the time) and found it after 15 minutes of searching. If I had arrived during the daytime, this would have been a perfect stay. This couldn't have been any better!

Lynn's and Mick's house is a gem - tastefully furnished and very practical at the same time, from the living room with open fireplace and dining area to the full-fledged kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, and bedrooms were very quiet. Literally everything you could think of was there. They even provided coffee and chocolates, as well as a selection of IPAs in the fridge. I wish my own household was that complete and well-organized! Their garden invites to relax and read (or barbecue), and there is a wide variety of good restaurants/bars/cafés in walking distance - more than you can try out in a week. Communication with Lynn and Mick was quasi-instantaneous, and they were very helpful in every way. I immediately felt at home in their house, and I would definitely try to stay there again for my next visit to San Diego.
