The “Moonlight Master” - features an ensuite bathroom, desk, closet, TV and King bed.
The “South O’ Office Bedroom” - features a standup desk (and sitting), wide monitor, and queen bed & large closet.
The “Cardiff Quad” has 2 Queen beds & plenty of closet space

CRAFTSMAN CASA KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee included in your stay. Our famous couch comfortably fits all 8 guests for a movie night.

CRAFTSMAN CASA OUTSIDE SPACE
Outdoor area with bbq, deck and corn hole to enjoy San Diego weather!! Sit back and enjoy coffee or start your morning with some outdoor yoga on the deck. There's even a flower decor wall in the backyard that makes for a great backdrop for any / all of your pictures!
Guest access
Access to the entire house (except for a couple of locked storage spaces) and the backyard.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES, NO PETS, NO SMOKING, MUST BE 25+ to BOOK. NO GLITTER or CONFETTI extra cleaning fees will apply if you neglect to respect this rule. If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

There is a ring doorbell camera and a camera for the backyard.

Lawn mowing is every other Monday.
