Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio! Nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property. Quaint and cozy, this bright and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples or solo travelers. Featuring a cozy king bed and a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, dining in or dining out (you're in the right place!) is always an option.



The Space:

This studio comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, cozy king size bed, beautiful decor, wifi throughout, and one parking spot for a compact size car (larger vehicles will not fit).



The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property.



​​​​​​​PARKING: There is one parking space that will fit a compact size car. Larger vehicles will not fit and will need to be parked on the street.



There is a portable A/C and a space heater in the unit. This studio does not have a central hvac system or thermostat.

Getting around is easy! We offer free parking right at the property, accommodating one compact car. For those arriving by air, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is a short drive away. Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within walking distance, offering convenient access to downtown San Diego and other popular destinations. Consider using ride-sharing services for quick and easy travel around the city.
