Completely remodeled, you'll be one of the first to enjoy everything in this brand new studio which comes fully furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay. In an incredible location, you'll have easy access to all of the best parts of San Diego.

Accessed by a smart door lock, everything is waiting for you: parking spot, BBQ, Smart TV with Hulu, Washer/Dryer, essentials, and good times!

The Space:
Designed by a local designer, the space is thoughtfully curated to be your perfect San Diego headquarters. Enter at your convenience with a smart door lock, you'll be welcomed by a space that has everything. Relax in comfy queen with high-end bedding or head out to the huge private outdoor space.

There is a large walk-in closet as well for you to unpack and enjoy the space to its fullest.

Like most of San Diego, this rental is pet friendly and we charge a flat fee of $45 per pet, per stay. No cats, sorry!

Everything! This home has its own private outdoor space. There is a shared washer dryer on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach is definitely San Diego's most fun neighborhood and beach town. Cool, vibrant, and just north of Downtown San Diego, you can check out the many exceptional restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the area. Spend the day having fun at the beach, renting jet-skis, or enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs.

Getting Around:
Next to Mission Bay, this home is the perfect headquarters for your San Diego stay. Walk, ride bikes, electric scooters, or drive to explore.

While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. Nice quiet neighborhood

I was there alone, and this property was simply perfect for me! Definitely a nice place to stay for up to two people. The place overall was very clean. The bathroom had just been remodeled and modernized, very nice!!! Having a very private back yard area was also great. The street was very quiet which made for a great night's sleep. This studio apartment is shared with a two-bedroom unit next door in its own house on a very nice street with a true neighborhood feel. If you enjoy "living like a local", this is a great place to stay. I will gladly rent this place again when I am in town next.

Perfect getaway!

We stayed here to celebrate our 10th anniversary/engagement and brought our two dogs. It’s small, but it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Excellent location! Loved walking the pups at Rose Creek nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at Bond street. Friendly neighbors and beautiful sunshine in the backyard. Our host was receptive and check in was easy. Unfortunately I lost some clothing due to a break in in the laundry area. It is my understanding that a lock will be installed.

This little studio was great for the two of us. Very conveniently locate, ten minutes to pretty much wherever we wanted to go. Patio was perfect for reading by the fire pit. Kitchen had the basics, including coffee pods and a few cold beers in the frig! We are already thing of it for next year.

Im overall great experience!! Everything and everywhere we wanted to go/do was in 10-20 minutes drive. Had to hit the highways once or twice but otherwise everything was a 10-20 minute drive through town. The beach was even 10 minutes away it was great. Please was super clean too and big enough for 2 dogs and 2 adults. 10 out 10 recommend.

Truly lived like a local

This Vrbo was a very cool experience. I was central in the middle of everything. Truly felt like a local. The studio was well stocked all the supplies I needed to work remotely for the week; hot water boiler, full size fridge, water dispenser/filter. For recreation I really enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard. There was plenty of space in the back and for one person the inside was sufficient. Would stay again.

The host of this property is very nice and responsive to all your needs and concerns. He goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy and comfortable on their stay. San Diego was getting a heatwave and he installed an A/C the very next day. New appliances and a gas grill for outside for entertaining. The fire pit was supplied with plenty of firewood. There was garlic powder, olive oil and seasonings stocked in the kitchen. There was a k-cup/ground coffee machine. And not only that the host provided the K-cups, cream, and sugar. And if you like tea better that was there also. In the fridge there was a Britta water, it was a nice touch and welcomed refreshment on a hot day. The kitchen was stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, and many pots and pans. It basically had everything you need. You could go to the store to buy some fresh fish, that was just caught that morning and cook it upright when you get back. It was like a home away from home. You have a shared driveway since this is a duplex. I like not having to park on the street. Gave me an extra feeling of being secure with my vehicle. This is also a pet-friendly place our pup loved it. We went to O.B. a dog beach, it was minutes away. I have to say this beach on W. Point Loma Blvd. is the best dog beach. It's nice not having to board your pet, that in itself is stressful for you and your pet. Not to mention is an extra added expense. I can go on and on about the many positive aspects of this property.

Small and cozy

Small studio which is cozy and near lots of San Diego activities. Easy access to I5, the beaches, and downtown. Ocean beach is fun neighborhood with all the necessities. Remodeled with nice design and appliances (not laundry), I still wouldn't want to cook meals for more than two, given the space to eat. We never cooked with all the great eating around, so it wasn't an issue. The enclosed back yard area was great for the dog and privacy. I would recommend this place as a good price for what you get.

Loved staying here!

This place had everything we needed and was a short drive to the beach. The back patio was also a great addition to hang out in during the day. Definitely recommend staying at this property! Hosts were very responsive and went out of the way to make sure we had a great stay.
