Welcome to Endless Summer, an AvantStay home! This home was featured on the Emmy award-winning TV show, Staycation!

Our bayfront home, located right next to the trendy Pacific Beach neighborhood, is a slice of heaven for sunbathers and surfers. Wake up every morning to the ocean breeze and sight of swaying palm trees.

Our retractable glass doors provide unobstructed, panoramic bay views from the living room. A retractable window extends from the kitchen to an outdoor bar. When you’re ready to catch some waves, grab one of our boogie boards and hop over to Pacific Beach for a sun-soaked adventure. Or take a friend and explore the bay on our two-person kayak.

After, take refuge from the sun under the shade of one of our palm trees. When you’re well-rested, stroll over to the Pacific Boardwalk (less than a 10-minute walk) or cruise along the Promenade. Stop to explore one of the many little shops, restaurants, or bars.

As the night falls, cozy up to our fireplace in the dining room. Create your favorite cocktails in our inside bar with our mixology set. Our outdoor patio is the best place to take in the sunset while sipping on your drink. Roast marshmallows over our fire pit for a sweet way to end the night. Then fall asleep to the sound of the gentle ocean waves. This is the weekend beach house you’ve been dreaming about!

- Please note that we do not provide firewood, so you will want to bring your own.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: Bedroom 3 is only accessible by walking through Bedroom 2
- Rooftop lights are non-operational due to neighborhood ordinance.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- The outdoor waterfall is currently out of order.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Perfect beach house!

The property was perfect and had all amenities needed and more. Perfect yard with beautiful beach view to enjoy. The staff was great to work with. Minus one star on accuracy of online listing due to driveway construction that left us with no garage parking and some construction noise. Street parking is not abundant or very close. We were made aware of this a few days before arrival.

Great location right on the water. Parking was easy with plenty of things to do in the area. Property was well maintained and check in instructions were easy to follow. Very responsive host. Would highly recommend to others looking for a beachfront getaway.

Perfect for us

We loved this property and the location. There were just six of us but we loved the yard, patio, fire pit, ping pong table, corn hole and the whole vibe was so relaxing. The rooms were very spacious as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only concern was that the garage is very low in height. My Suburban would not fit inside (height wise). That would be helpful to note on the listing. It would easily fit two smaller cars. I was able to park parallel against the garage so it worked out. TV's in the other bedrooms besides the primary would be nice as well as an ironing board. There was a brand new iron but no ironing board that I could find. Overall a beautiful home that we look forward to visiting again.
