Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this charming studio on the lower level of our Canyonview Craftsman offers breathtaking canyon views, a motorized work desk, and easy access to all things San Diego.

- You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon.

PARKING

- Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking – No restrictions for convenient parking

- EV Charging (Level 2): Feel free to charge your car on NON-PEAK hours only (11 pm-7 am), and we will just charge you whatever kilowatt hrs you use.

- Please note: EVs have priority in the carport parking spot



SECURITY & SAFETY

- Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras, occupancy sensors, and decibel monitoring.

- Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby!
