Diese schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer (mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa) befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines der höchsten Gebäude in Mission Beach mit großartiger Aussicht. Von der Fensterfront aus kann man den ganzen Weg nach Süden bis in die Innenstadt, nach Norden bis nach La Jolla, nach Westen bis zum Pazifik und nach Osten bis nach Mission Bay sehen.

Der Moment, der Sie Schritt in der Tür, die Sie von einem Gefühl der Entspannung und Ruhe umgeben sind. Die hellen, neuen Möbel und die fröhliche Einrichtung machen es leicht, direkt in die "Hinterlassen Sie Ihre Sorgen" -Stimmung einzutauchen, und die Tatsache, dass Sie nur wenige Schritte vom Mission Beach Boardwalk mit Meilen von Sand und Meer entfernt sind, lässt dieses Gefühl Wirklichkeit werden!

Mission Beach, das Beachwalk, Mission Bay, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Belmont Park (mit seiner Achterbahn und Wellenmaschine) sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. SEA WORLD ist fünf Minuten Fahrt, während San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego damit GAS LAMP Stadtteil und die Altstadt sind innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto!

Mit Blick auf die Innenstadt von San Diego Skyline und Sea World Feuerwerk (nächtlichen im Sommer ... Wochenenden das ganze Jahr!). Sie können für Meilen sehen, während Sie auf der Terrasse mit Ihren Morgenkaffee sitzen.

Wenn Sie darauf bestehen, zu arbeiten oder nur mit dem Internet Schritt zu halten, bieten wir Ihnen einen super schnellen WiFi Service. Und haben Sie auch zusätzliche Sportkanäle für Ihren Genuss ... wenn Sie nicht draußen am Strand sind!

Die Küche ist mit neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet, darunter eine Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Müllpresse. Bringen Sie einfach Essen, weil alles andere zur Verfügung gestellt wird! All dies ist umgeben von schönen Marmorplatten und -böden.

Besondere Sorgfalt wurde darauf verwendet, das bequemste Bett zu bieten (die Matratze wurde kürzlich durch eine $ 4000-Luxusmatratze ersetzt, die wie der Himmel schläft!) mit Daunenkissen und Bettdecken. Wir haben auch kürzlich einen Airconditioner im Schlafzimmer installiert, mit dem Sie die für Ihre Schlafpräferenzen angenehmste Temperatur wählen können. Und wenn Sie zu kalt sind, gibt es einen Kamin an der Wand, der nicht nur Wärme liefert, sondern auch eine romantische Atmosphäre!

Das Bad mit Badewanne und Regenduschkopf wurde komplett renoviert und mit Travertinmarmorfliesen auf den Böden, Dusche und Waschtischplatte umgeben.

This is the perfect set up for a couple to explore San Diego Mission Beach. You can't beat the location. Literally steps to the beach. And super close to the Bay. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards all provided! Good restaurants very close and a full service mini mart grocery with a great wine selection right across the street. And kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee, spices and oils. Sandi has literally thought of everything. Unit also includes a parking space which is SO useful in this neighborhood. I highly recommend a stay here!

Unit was clean, plenty of dishes and utensils, love the a/c unit in the bedroom. Enjoyed the cool morning weather on the balcony and greatly appreciate having a reserved parking space in a covered garage. Great communication with the owner. Perfect vacation! Hoping to stay again next year.

Beautiful condo! Location was perfect. Easy to walk to the ocean and the bay. Sandi was a wonderful host! Just had a little trouble finding the key box. I found a door with the address and was expecting a metal box. We finally saw the wood box farther from the door than we thought it would be. We're probably the only guests to have trouble. Otherwise, we had everything we could have wanted. The views were amazing and every night we saw fireworks from Sea World. Great vacation!!!

The security here is great as is the large garage space. We were never able to use the laundry facilities as they are shared and always in use. There is a laundromat across the street however. The condo is great except for the loud window air conditioner right next to the bed. Thankfully there were ear plugs in the drawer. The view from the balcony is great to view the sea world fireworks and downtown at night.

The owner and property manager are as delightful as can be. Somehow the directions to the place seemed more complicated than necessary. The pros: Vew and location to local sights, secured parking, access to beach, and restaurants. Had everything we needed. The cons: Traffic noise and traffic congestion, noise from late night guests in local outdoor restaurants, Loud fan from local restaurant that runs all day. Laundry is in the underground parking garage and requires money. Parking for our SUV was challenging as the space was tight and required parallel parking. The carpet could use a cleaning. This unit best suited for a younger demographic.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed or stay. The location is terrific. The pictures show what the unit is like. 1/2 block to the ocean front boardwalk and about 3 blocks to the Mission Bay boardwalk. Beautiful view from the patio and a lovely spot to have your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails. The only cons we had was no fan over the stove and so beacause we cooked a lot the smoke alarm would go off. The elevator was broken for our first few days which made it awkward to get all our stuff up to the unit. We also had trouble with the one lock to enter the garage from the stairwell and I would suggest they try to eliminate having to use a key there. It was concerning for us as we are seniors and in an emergency it might be difficult to get out of the building. Having a secured parking spot is definitely a bonus as even though we did not use our vehicle much we drove from Canada and were glad to have a place to park.The

We loved this condo. It had everything! The town was pleasant. We enjoyed morning walks, steps away from dining, the beach. Katherine was a great host. The check-in tour she gave us was necessary in order to grasp the ins & outs of accessing the condo, the building is old and not digitized/modernized. You need a physical key to access everything. You need a key to access the stairs, to access the doors inside the stairwell, you need the key to also access the elevator and to access the garage, and to access the showers outside to rinse off all the sand before you enter the building. And you need a separate key to access the condo/unit. This is no fault of the condo owners, but the building/property management, digital keypads would really be an upgrade. Parking on site was a huge lifesaver!!! If you are sensitive to noise, I would bring earplugs. We were well aware that there was no central air, and sleeping with the windows open allowed better airflow. However, you can hear motorcycles, other traffic. Also, running AC units on the ceilings of nearby buildings. The bedroom does have a window unit for Air Conditioning which helps drown the noise, and it did get pretty cold. And there are two tower fans in the living room. This town was very pleasant. My husband and I felt very safe walking around at night with our 4 year old. The condo had everything you needed to take down to the beach. And we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. I would stay here again.

Mission Beach Apt on Redondo Drive

Dearest Sandi, your beach apt was just so Lovely, and my husband and I truly loved it and enjoyed it so very much. So nice that it was by the bike rentals, Mission Cafe, Moe's Steak Restaurant, Guava Bar, Olive Cafe, and Molly's Healthy Cafe. Loved the perfect location and the beach area is always such a perfect spot. Everything about the beach apt was great with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, plus the bed was perfect, my goodness it was so perfect. First time ever for us in getting a perfect bed to sleep in, so that truly was an extra plus. The Living Room was nice, too, and so comfortable. I will have to say that we were definitely Lucky in finding this great beach apt.. Once again, thank you so much Sandi and Kathryn for all the help you gave us for our Mission Beach stay that was so very nice and enjoyable. Hopefully, we can book it for next year as well. Love the location

We’ve stayed in this building maybe a dozen times in different units. This unit is one of the nicest. Things we like - proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and the a/c in the master was great during a SD heatwave. Things we don’t like - being on the top floor, the noise from nearby rooftop industrial fans is loud and non-stop. We’re sensitive to noise so this was a big negative.

Great Location & Views

We loved the location of the condo. It had great views from the balcony of the bay & the beach. Quiet condo complex and clean. Parking here for this unit is parallel parking in a tight garage so for a SUV it was a little difficult-I'm not the best at parallel parking. The pictures online are pretty similar to the unit. There isn't much space to put food in the kitchen, so we just kept it on the counter. To access the bathroom you have to go through the master bedroom, which was fine for us as we were with our kids. The beach and bay were super close. The outside water to rinse off was nice. I didn't realize they had beach equipment in the unit to use. We brought our own. But they had umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and I believe sand toys. Very helpful owner & property manager too. We arrive super late and they gave us the info to check in ourselves which was super accurate. thanks for a great place!!!

Great Location

This condo is in the most perfect location. Far enough from the noise but not too far to walk to the fun. The beach is literally "right there!" There are gread holes in the wall for drinking and dining. The condo has everything you need for yourhome-away-from-home experience. And the towels.are so.soft! I want to know what they use in the laundry. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the watered-down soaps in the bathroom. I used more than twice as much so its not really saving money in the end.
