- Safety First: Exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices are in place for your security.
- Beach Ready: For your convenience, complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys.
- Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 30, and all adult guests must be over 30, excluding families.

Departure Instructions:
As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
