Located in desirable South Mission Beach & just 2 houses to a white sandy beach, this premier offering features 2br + 1ba, sleeps 6 (5 adults max), 1 garage parking, an expansive outdoor sun patio with seating + shade umbrellas + BBQ, bright & sunny open floorplan, all new kitchen & bath, hardwood floors, & beach chairs + towels + boogie boards. *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Situated on the entire upper level of a 2 unit property, this bright & lively Bali inspired offering is beach living at its best!

A set of stairs leads you to the main front entry, where you'll be greeted with a sunny spacious main living area surrounded by windows & beautiful hardwood floors. The living room includes a mounted SMART TV, comfy sofa sectional, & super cool hanging Bali beach wicker chair. Off the living room is a dining area & all new gourmet kitchen with Viking brand oven, custom cabinets galore, stainless steel refrigerator, & access to the sun deck (see Outdoor Features below…).

Off the hallway is the first bedroom with Full & Twin size beds, ceiling fan, & full closet. Further down the hallways is a full bath (tub/shower combo) & a spacious master retreat. The master includes a King size bed, Samsung SMART TV with cable, ceiling fan, & direct access to the sun deck.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than one combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Place was great! Nice and quiet neighborhood just a short walk to beach and restaurants/bars. House was super clean and well decorated. Rooftop patio was a great spot to relax after a long day. Garage was a bit tight for the mini van, but we managed. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great location!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our stay! We took full advantage of the deck area and the stocked kitchen. It was a 2 block walk from Mission Beach and 3-4 blocks to local markets, liquor store and walk up food stalls. We’ll be back again!!

Great place!

We have stayed a month in the apartment. Clean, large bedrooms, fairly equiped kitchen. The outdoor shower (with hot water!) was so useful. The place has no A/C but they provide fans… it was fine for us (we rent from mid-July to mid-August). I would not hesitate to rent this place again.

Nice enough

We had a nice stay, but had a few problems. The garage code didn't work when we arrived but they gave us a different one that worked once they figured that out. The TV in the living room needed to be reprogrammed and they took care of that. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and took two weeks to get that repaired. We didn't get a notice when they came to repair the dishwasher, we just came back from a walk and someone had been in our apartment. The clothes washer has a moldy smell and the dryer is quite noisy. Friendly neighbors, nice location.

Great location for first timers in San Diego

Mission Bay is a great location if this is your first time visiting San Diego. The property is exactly as described. My kids (7 and 12) really enjoyed walking steps to the bay side to look for shells and dig in the sand. I highly recommend this property!

Great location on Mission Beach.

Easy walk to beach and bay. Easy to lime scooter to Belmont, Pacific Beach and restaurants. Uber doesn't like to drive there for short hops. Fairly clean (what you'd expect from a managed property). Good amenities. Beach towels. No SC. Ants were a problem. They got into everything. Asked for some laundry detergent and the next morning a man walked in to refill the detergent while we were still asleep and disrobed. Didn't hear him enter and we're quite startled to find him in the kitchen. That was unsettling. Other than that it was good enough for the price and location.

Nice but HOT INSIDE

Granted, it's August and 80° outside but when we arrived the house was closed up and felt as hot as a suana inside. We immediately opened every door and window but the type of windows didn't allow good airflow. It was constantly hotter inside than outside the whole time and we did utilize the fans provided. We saw that there was no A/C but thought because it was so close to the ocean breeze it would be fine- it was not. Everything else about the place was really great. Recommend getting new beach chairs as the ones provided were rusted and one was broken.

Fun in the sun at beach or bay!

This location was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was great for prepping meals, and the patio was fantastic for outdoor dining. Beds were comfortable. Our kids (ages 7, 5 & 2) loved the beach and bay equally, and fortunately for us, both were a super short walk from the house. We made so many good memories on this trip! The host was responsive to the few small maintenance things we noticed on our arrival. Probably the only thing I would mention is that the house does not have AC, and getting the house cooled enough to sleep comfortably was a little challenging in mid August. We all agreed that the great location made up for it though!

Mission Beach Condo

Overall it was as a wonderful vacation. The condo is clean and comfortable. It accommodates 6 people. We were 5, and my son lives in San Diego so he joined us for meals. I was disappointed that there is only seating for 4 at the indoor and outdoor tables. It would be nice to upgrade the beach chairs as they are quite worn. However, it was great to have chairs and boogie boards. The location is outstanding.

Cute condo by the bay

Pros of this condo: 1. Nice location - walk to the beach or the bay. Kid friendly beach and park nearby. 2. Clean Cons: 1. No AC so it gets very hot inside, will need to leave all windows open for cross breeze. There are overhead fans. 2. Air flight path is directly above so it gets super noisy from the planes flying directly overhead, It seems like there is a plane flying above every 5 minutes starting at 6am until 11pm. If you are noise sensitive or have sleeping babies it is something to be aware of. 3. Fire alarm went off randomly at 2AM waking everyone up. We had to disconnect it from the wall and then it went off again. Could not figure out why but not pleasant when you are trying to get some sleep and now the kids are awake. It would have been nice if management had said, hey - we will offer $100 off for your inconvenience but that did not happen. 4. Parking is Extremely tight. Awkward angle and narrow garage make it very challenging to park. Again, no big deal but I personally would not have been able to park our mid size SUV in it. So if you have a large car and are not very savvy, you will have some trouble. Good to be aware.

Beautiful VRBO

Stayed at this beautiful home by the beach, / bay. Parked the car in the garage and didn’t get it out until the day we left. Beach two blocks away, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards all available in the garage. Food choices within walking distance had excellent food, small store with everything you need as well. Belmont Park a 10 minute walk away. Beds comfy, kitchen amazing, super clean home. Will stay again when we come back again!! Thank you….

Great Beach Condo

We had a great time at this condo. It was perfectly located so close to both the bayside and the oceanside. It was also so close to Sea World and the Zoo. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We were so happy that our Honda Odyssey minivan fit into the garage. It was a tight fit but it fit. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice home hard parking

The place is nice, beds are comfortable and it's a short walk to the beach. Feet get dirty walking inside but that's also the nature of being close to the beach. Parking is next to impossible but again, that's what you get when you are close to the beach and the homes are jammed together. Brighton Ct is actually a sidewalk so you use the alley to the North which is not the easiest thing to figure out in the middle of the night. Overall positive experience. There's a lot of fun stuff nearby.

Perfect place and perfect location

We spent New Year's at this beautiful place. It is a couple of minutes (walking) from the beach. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. Instructions on how to get in were simple and accurate. It has covered parking but I could not get our minivan in without potentially scratching it as it is tight to get in the small garage, so we parked on Mission Blvd and just walked to the apartment (2-3min walk). Communication was great and I appreciated they emailed me during our stay asking if we needed anything. Thank you so much! We would love to come back!
