Everything was perfect only complain and I already knew about was that there’s no parking on site. It’s either vallet for $49 a night.

This is our go to spot when we come to San Antonio. It's a few minute walk to everything. Staff is super friendly, great breakfast and nice big rooms.

There was a mold smell when we got there. I asked Destiny, the lady at the front desk, to send maintenance and check the filter. Turns out it hadn’t been changed in years!! That was A bit disconcerting, but they took care of it and after a couple hours, the smell went away. Destiny was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay mainly because of her.

Sonia and Ashley were excellent hotel hosts. Very hospitable. The two bedroom suite that you were in was newly renovated and perfect. The breakfast buffet was hearty and tasty. I will definitely stay here again.

The Homewood Suites hotel was very nice, clean, and very spacious. Breakfast was good and coffee was on point. Wish we had more time to stay and visit the River walk, but we had to get back on the road.

Parking is something Expedia doesn’t address up front. $48 a day. Upside is its valet with unlimited in and out privileges. I would stay here again. Premium room worth the money.

Hard to get our car and ants in the room. No maid service unless we called the front desk. Never brought clean towels or dumped out trash either.

No free parking. Inconvenient parking outside hotel or very expensive valet parking ($50/day tip) in the hotel. Sink in the master bedroom had huge cracks. Facility needs updates. Close to main attractions (Riverwalk).

We really enjoyed our stay. The location to the River Walk was excellent. Breakfast was very good and on the busy weekend the attendants kept the food trays pretty full. We didn't have any cleaning service for our room for the four nights we stayed, but possibly we needed to put the "cleaning service requested" door hanger on the door to get that. The sign in the room said it would automatically be done every other day. We were able to get extra tissues and toilet paper at the front desk without any problem. The hotel was quiet and felt very safe. Our room looked like it had been renovated recently and was very nice. All the staff members were friendly and helpful.

This facility gets a poor rating because our room, 808, smelled like a cadaver had been festering there for a few weeks and just recently removed. Couldn't move because the hotels were all booked for the eclipse.

10th floor, room experienced high pitch noise from AC fans was not able to sleep, door when locked has large gaps through between frame and door itself. Nonexistent breakfast and dirty breakfast areas.

Great location! Large rooms. Beds comfy. Suites with kitchen very good for families. Nice location on Riverwalk. Rates for required valet parking comparable to 24 hour parking in street lots.
