Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We made reservations for a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette. The suite was huge and very spacious. Both bedrooms were huge; one had a king with an en suite, the other a double with an en suite. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchenette were spot less. This place is on the Riverwalk and has access to the Riverwalk, being only a short walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Only two hiccups with our stay. When they say check in is 4pm, they mean 4pm. Our flight came in earlier and we were at the hotel around 11am. They did hold our luggage so we could venture out, which was nice, but the room was not ready until 4pm even though we arrived early. Second hiccup, their bathroom that is on the ground floor is not kept. We used this bathroom a couple of times during our stay and every time it was not kept. They have a giant trash can right when you walk in that blocks the way and is right below the paper towels, so when you go to get the paper towels, they go in the oversized garbage can, eewww!!! All three stores were not clean.
But other than those two things, we had a great stay, everything else was clean, staff was friendly and helpful! Oh, and breakfast was great, even had carnitas a few mornings we were there.
