Our property is located 700 yards away from Salford crescent train station, trains from here will take you to Manchester city centre within 5 minutes and from there you can take trains/trams/buses to pretty much any corner of Greater Manchester and it's surrounding areas within a short space of time.

Our property is also located a 1 minute walk away from Salford university, 10 minute walk away from Salford shopping city, Puregym, supermarkets and lots more.

We are also less than a 15 minute journey from all of the following attractions: Salford Quays, Media city, Manchester city centre, Old Trafford football ground, Old Trafford cricket ground, the AO arena, the imperial war museum, the O2 Victoria warehouse, The Coronation street experience, The Trafford Centre, Trafford park, Team Sport Go karting, the AO arena, National football museum, Science and industry museum, Peoples history museum and all the other activities to be done in the Manchester city centre region are less than a 15 minute journey away.

As you enter the property, just to your left we have a ground floor bedroom, this comprises of one double bed and one single bed.

LIVING ROOM:
Our cosy living room comprises of a TV equipped with Netflix, a Sofa bed as well as a mini bar
with stools.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen comprises of a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, hob, microwave, toaster, and a washing machine just outside of the kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR:
Found on the first floor are two double bedrooms, both equipped with double beds and one is equipped with an additional single bed.

BATHROOM:
Our bathroom consists of a shower, bath, toilet, sink etc.


Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property.

If you have any special requests or questions please do not hesitate to ask we are always more than happy to help!!

Guests can enjoy all of the spaces inside the property including the Patio out the back door, when using the patio or outside areas in particular please be careful of noise levels as we respect our neighbours and this goes for any area of the property too, also the cleaning cupboard upstairs is only for use of the cleaners.

We like to give our guests space but we are available if needed!

*Fully refundable security deposit of £100 is required (released after checkout)

* No parties! any parties will lead to your immediate removal from the property by security and no refund. Our property is in a quiet area, therefore the quiet times are to be followed. We have noise monitoring systems in place within the property. Quiet times are between 9pm and 9am (please be respectful of our neighbours).

* NO SMOKING indoors, we have air monitoring systems to detect when someone smokes indoors, and will result in a £200 fine.
