Sehr gut gelegen
Sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von St. Tropez, man kann alles zu Fuß besichtigen, direkt unterhalb der Zitadelle gelegen. Pool und Frühstücksraum sind allerdings im Nachbarhotel untergebracht. Finde ich aber trotzdem nicht so tragisch.

This is a lovely well kept boutique hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. It allows easy access to the old town and harbor. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Pool and restaurant at adjoining property.

The property is walking distance to the port and a lot of restaurants around. The check in was very easy, Maite in the reception answered all our questions and helped us find a parking spot for our motorcycle.

Great hotel in every way
Highly recommend this hotel. Everyone is super friendly, the hotel is the smaller version of the 5 star sister hotel Kenya a and you will be treated just like one of the le ya a guests, the amenities are fantastic, and the location perfect. Everything about this hotel was excellent to feel the 5 star treatment while staying in a 4 star hotel.

Very pretty, fabulous personel e shuttle to the beaches so nice and convenient. Unfortunately , the hotel is across the street from trash bins….very noisy at all hours. The seagulls on the roof made noise all night…, I know , it comes with the territory! Just didn’t get much sleep….

The hotel is right next to three large rubbish dump bins and each night at 2am and then at 6am trucks come by to collect and make so much noise we were woken up badly. So if you value your sleep and peace best not to stay here! Furthermore we had a connecting room and the door is so thin and not well made it felt like the people next door were in our room. The staff were not helpful at all when we asked to move hotels anywhere else would appreciate the issues and not being able to sleep but they would only let us leave if they could sell our room first despite the hotel being a complete failure when it comes to the basic value of providing a room that one can actually sleep in.

We are sorry that your stay didn’t fit all your expectations despite all the efforts of our team to make your stay perfect.First, regarding your feedback about your Superior Room and even if we can fully understand your point of view, it is really the first time one of our guests has these issues. Indeed, this Superior Room is very appreciated and our windows are all soundproofed to avoid any noise from the outside.Secondly, we cannot accept your comment about our staff who did eveyrthing for your during your stay. We feel we went above and beyond facilitating all your requests while you were staying with us as to your transport/restaurant/beach reservations and anything else you required (35 emails just in Conciergerie for all your requests). So, when you decided to leave 2 days before your check-out, we informed you about our policy and tried to find a solution. You knew that our cancellation policy says that all stay started is fully due.In high season, it is not an unreasonable policy for a hotel to require the full payment of the stay in case of late cancellation, especially 2 days before your original departure.In your case, we were able to re-sell your room, so we have made and exception and you didn’t have to pay the cancellation fees. To conclude, our team was very attentive with you and made everything for you before and during your stay. We also found a solution and you did not have to pay the 2 nights you cancelled because you wanted to leave earlier. That’s why we think that you review and notation are unfair and not objective at all.Best Regards,

The service is excellent. The property is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. This is a 4 star hotel that feels like a 5 star. The fact that you can use the pool and have access to the restaurant at the sister property is amazing. I will say that breakfast is a bit overpriced but other than that this place is amazing

Good location in a lovely town, excellent service but the decor of the room felt a bit tired and the window overlooked a parking area. Expected more.
