Property was located nicely across from park but room was not cleaned very well when we checked in and felt stuffy. Refrigerator leaked water. Staff was nice and brought us up robes to use for the pool when requested. They also gave us an upgraded Capitol view room, no charge. They also allowed for us to check in about 2 hours earlier than predicted which was nice. Pool was decent but small, lomited lounges, and towels were scarce. Great service and location, room and amenities not so great.

I 10/10. Very clean and high tech hotel room! I really loved the fact that I could use Chromecast to watch my preferred programming. The Wi-Fi was included in free, they had a coffee station, complimentary water in the fridge. And super close to the state capital. Literally right across the street!

This hotel is clean, designed well and an easy walk to many site seeing places nearby. The staff is top notch. Very helpful and willing to address concerns. The room was nice and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, inside a hotel. The only concern was all the homeless activity in and around the capital building/park. Trash, tents, human waste and other items that make you want to avoid the area. Not the hotels fault but still a concern. Hotel is highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything smelled nice and our room was immaculate. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, like the type you go looking for a tag on so you can buy one for home.

I really enjoyed staying here although I didn’t use everything. I was pleased that there were tea options for the kourig machine. I also loved Dawson’s. I’m a vegan and Juan and his manager went over and above to see I was happy and I was! Awesome dinner. Loved the music that was near Amourath. He didn’t have much of an audience but I enjoyed that he was there for the short time I sat and listened. Well done Hyatt!
