„Super Abholservice vom Parkhaus, Info zu den offenen Restaurants in der Zwischensaison, sehr grosses Zimmer mit Balkon/ Terrasse und sehr gute Betreuung durch die Besitzerin. Tolles Frühstück, alles ruhig und Rückfahrservice.“

„Beautiful, quiet setting. Wonderful staff that helped answer our questions. Parking was included which was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we chose to have available delivery for breakfast . All was to the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and our room had black and blinds making it easy to get a great night's rest. Great views too. There are several markets within walking distance. Not to mention a nice trail to walk. We will return.“

„The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. „Alles perfekt. Schöne Zimmer (spartanisch eingerichtet), super Restaurant, sogar das Frühstück lohnt sich. Guter Kaffee (was sehr selten ist), tolles Gym. Freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!“

„Super Emfpang“

Beautiful view from the terrace, room and dining area as well as from the swimming pool. Service at the reception could be a bit faster.“

The sofa bed is not the best to sleep on but it works fine for a couple of nights. I couldn’t figure out if there was any kind of ventilation, so it got a little too warm at night in the middle of July, but overall a very good experience, I would love to come back. Saas-Fee is a rather small place and I was a bit worried that everything would be closed since it is summer, ...

„Good location, great hosts, no complaints, will stay here again!“
