When I arrived she showed me her since full of broken soap, trash and looked liked it had not been cleaned in awhile. I went to tell the front desk and check into our room. The man at the front desk was very polite and moved my husband, 2 dogs and I to the sister hotel across the parking lot. Then he went to look at her room and immediately moved her to ...

„Our stay was great. The hotel is an older remodeled hotel, but has a great price, clean, quiet and simple. Our room had plenty of hot water, refrigerator, coffee pot (you will need to bring your own coffee) and microwave. We had stayed at the Oyo, same owner, same property previously in the month and it is just as nice. Perfect for what you need no extra frills, but we did not need it. I would recommend it, the gentleman Jose who checked us in both times was very nice and friendly. “

Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going.

The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment “
