„As an older property it has a noisy A/C unit which definitely kept the room cool, but alarmed our cat whenever it came on. Wonderful to find a hotel that welcomes pets and is very clean. Good location close to all amenities. “

BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding.
Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all.
Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going.
This is no way to run a motel.

Our room had plenty of hot water, refrigerator, coffee pot (you will need to bring your own coffee) and microwave. We had stayed at the Oyo, same owner, same property previously in the month and it is just as nice. Perfect for what you need no extra frills, but we did not need it. I would recommend it, the gentleman Jose who checked us in both times was very nice and friendly. “

The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment “
