Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet. Es gab alles was man brauchte. Regenschirme die man sich ausliegen konnte, waren zur Verfügung. Diese brauchten wir leider auch, da das Wetter nicht sonderlich gut war. Der Pool schien ebenfalls sauber und das Fitnessstudio war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist okay. 3 min zur Metro und ein lieber Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Alles in allem würde ich erneut buchen.

Super Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und coole Ausstattung. Vielleicht könnte die Musik etwas leiser sein. Das Zimmer ausreichend groß und das Bett sehr angenehm. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Umgebung des Hotels, die nicht sehr ansprechend ist. Teilweise schmutzig und es ist auch nachts sehr laut. Dafür ist die Metro nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wunderbare Hotel. Sehr kreatives Interieur im Foyer, in den Gängen, im Lift und vor allem im Zimmer. Alles sehr cool. Wahrscheinlich nicht ideal für konservative Gäste. Sondern eher für Junge und junggebliebene. Die Lage ist Ok, mit 1 km zum Vatikan.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen: Saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und ein netter, ruhiger Innenhof zum Relaxen oder den gemütlichen Ausklang am Abend. Die U-Bahn-Station Cipro ist gleich ums Eck, außerdem eine Bushaltestelle und ein Carrefour Supermarkt. Die Rezeption ist an das Taxi-Netzwerk angebunden. Wer also ein Taxi braucht, bekommt an der Rezeption einen Beleg mit der Taxi-Nummer und dann muss man nur noch ein paar Minuten warten. Recht günstig und gut ist auch das Restaurant. Lediglich frische Panini zum Frühstück haben mir persönlich gefehlt.

Tolles cooles Hotel mit jungem Personal. Sehr gepflegt, tolle Zimmer. Das Hotel ist mal etwas anderes. War ein super Aufenthalt. U-Bahn direkt in der Nähe und damit alles zu erreichen. Jederzeit wieder.

I stayed at this hotel in Rome, and the experience was okay. However, the staff is very careless. Every time we went to the restaurant, it took a long time to get served. Sometimes we ordered items that never came to the table, but the system marked them as served. This happened more than once on different days. Additionally, the mattress in our room was sunken in the areas where people sleep, meaning your back was very low, and your legs and head were elevated, causing neck pain in the morning. In conclusion, the hotel is okay and has a nice theme, but they need to improve their customer service.

It was a really quirky and interesting hotel, very clean, and the staff desk staff were very helpful. The one weird thing was that I left the "do not disturb" sign out for my whole one-week stay and someone came in and cleaned the bathroom and replaced towels that were not on the floor while I was out one day.

L’hebergement a beaucoup de charme, on est un peu excentré de l’hyper centre à pied, mais heureusement il y’a un métro à 2mins à pied qui nous emmène en 10mins dans tout l’hypercentre. Les chambres sont confortables, seul bémol les gel douche, savons… fournis ne sont pas vraiment au niveau

Ordered vegan food in advance but they had no idea. For the second day they had vegan butter (which I had to take to our room) and a tiny yogurt. No vegan cheese or ham. No vegan milk to find.

nous avons ete surclassé avec peut-être les deux meilleures chambres 25m2 plus une très grandes terrasse au dernier étage. la literie est excellente et l hotel est calme. le petit déjeuner est copieux.

A little conflicted. But would have to say more style over substance. Check in was friendly and easy and quick. Hotel room was big and spacious. Location walking distance to everything. Down side. Went to get coffee after arriving early. Directed to sit in lobby of restaurant and told she would take care of us. No one ever came back. We looked around. Nothing. We left after 20 minutes of not being served. Decided to try our luck at roof top. Cold night. No heaters. Seated quickly but took 10 min for someone to take our order. Happy hour not clear so if explained would not have ordered food as well. Had to ask twice in 10 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine. It was not busy. Asked for bill and showed voucher. Was first told to see manager, but then said server would take care of. We waited. We had to get up and go to cash to pay as never came back. Cafè across corner can serve 10 at once. And quick. Mama shelter needs better staff training for restaurants. No coffee/ tea facilities in room. Could not get kettle so had to buy my own as restaurant only opens at 0700. One garbage can in room. Masks were odd. Overall great location but would suggest you just sleep and get out to the eternal city.

Excellent staff and servicing, rooms spacious and well equipped. Quirky design interesting and engaging. Only criticism is evenings in restaurant far too noisy. Presence of DJ very distracting and made it impossible to have dinner conversation. On request we were quickly moved to Pizzeria area (thankfully not too busy during our visit) which was slightly quieter but music still intrusive.
