„Stayed at Kimpton Roatan with 4 families, hoping for one of the best hotels on the island. The villas are nice but need upgrades ,broken shower faucet, slow water dispenser, patio door that wouldn't shut properly. I could live with that, it's Honduras. The real problem is service. Worst customer service I've seen in 30+ countries I've visited. We got locked out of our patio and called the front desk multiple times for help, no one ever came. A friend happened to have a wrench and we opened it ...
