„The room had black mold. Water was dripping from the a/c on the floor and walls. The floor was wet and damaged. I contacted the owner for a new room and they refused to reimburse me or get a new room. His response was to contact front desk to fix and if I want a new room it was on me! Absolutely terrible experience and would never rent from again. I personally own rentals and would never have a tenant stay in a room with mold for any reason or liability. „The condo is perfectly located beach front and is well- equipped with dishes, utensils etc. The condo was fairly clean but when I got any water on the floor from coming in from the pool and dried it off, dirt was on the rags and paper towels. The stove is Induction which I was not familiar with and asked the owner where to find a manual for it and for the various devices like perhaps air cleaners and Bluetooth speakers attached to the walls, they told me that no instructions were available and ...
