„I stood in the Tropical 18 years ago. I stood at the Palace this time with my sister and neice. The resort his huge and requires at lot of walking from room 8769 to buffet. The double decker buses were nice to help get around. The food was not good, not even the specialty restaurants, except Rodizio and Tokyo was good. The breakfast buffet at the Coloniel was better than at the Palace and the hotel itself was prettier than the palace. The pools are huge and there was always enough chairs ...

„Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen. Hervorragender und freundlicher Service, sehr gute Restautrants und genügend Platz am Strand. Die Anlagen sind weitläufig verteilt, aber mit den regelmäßig verkehrenden Shuttles gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Der Komplex Sia'an Kaan liegt im Dschungel. Abends gab es dort viele Mücken.“
