„Our small family stayed 3 nights. The apartment was clean and easily accessible to Montreal (about 7 minutes away). Kitchen was well stocked with comfy living room suite and vast tv entertainment. Had washer, but dryer was broken. Third floor lodging with no elevator. Parking was across the street, next to a police station. Our personal effects and car were never bothered. „The apartment is in a block of other apartments for short time stay, it has got avery nice terrace on the roof with a wonderful view over the MontRoyal and even the St.Lorenz river. Inside the apartment everything was perfect for a short stay: good beds, very quiet in the night, everything for cooking. The communication with the owner was very good, quick and helpful. „This property has huge potential. The location is pretty good; close to little Italy, little Portugal, and Mount Royal. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, close to two of the main bagel joints, cafes, etc. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you would expect. Can’t beat the convenience of a condo or the price of a hotel, especially with a family. While all that was good, the property could use some TLC. Nothing too serious, just a little ...

„We enjoyed our stay, including being able to walk/run along the river frontage. It's a bit out from the centre but we found the metro and the frequent #106 bus connection was perfect for us. A 3-day ticket covered the city network, including over to the island with the grand prix circuit. The property is well equipped and the large TV ideal for the evening.“
