I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Despite the small size room I had, my room was functional, exceptionally clean, and included a cozy king-size bed. It’s a tight fit if you’re with your significant other. I traveled alone and was just tight for me. A major perk was the peacefulness at night, allowing for a restful sleep after a full day and night out. Conveniently located, there were some great local eateries nearby, including a couple of tamale stores, and Peonia Cafe, just a short 7 to 10-minute walk away, offered delicious pancakes and other tasty options. Plus, it was within easy distance of the main downtown area, with its variety of restaurants.

My fith visit. As a woman travelling alone, I feel safe in this hotel, the receptionists are all super nice. And the hotel is very clean, and quiet. My second home in Queretaro!

I signed up for an excursion late in the day. It was set up by the receptionist. The man who came came for us seemed upset. He pulled over about 30 min into the drive and said he didn’t know where we were going. I called hotel and receptionist called driver. We made it out to pueblito mágico and returned to the main part of tour which was cheese and wine. When we arrived it was closed. We didn’t get what we paid for. Hotel wasn’t responsible and neither was the tour company. Súper disappointed. All parties were “sorry” but I still didn’t get any type of refund. 👎

Beautiful ambience. Quiet and peaceful. Impeccable warm pool in charming courtyard. Pink and gold tones throughout made a very restful atmosphere. The breakfast “ snacks “ were a full and delicious hot and cold breakfast buffet with coffee or tea served poolside. Staff were extremely helpful with sightseeing and restaurants. This place is a solid 10/10 for any traveler. We had a great sleep in the high quality bed.

Efectivamente, por nuestra privilegiada ubicación en el centro histórico de Querétaro, no contamos con estacionamiento propio, pero el estacionamiento con el que tenemos convenio está ubicado a 300 mtr. The staff were fantastic (very helpful with local recommendations and organization of a driver for a day-trip), rooms/ hotel were even better than depicted in the photos (quiet, clean, great condition). Location is fantastic also - convenient to get to and walking distance to everything in the historic centre.

Todo está muy bien, lo único q no favorece a este hotel es q no tiene estacionamiento y la calle donde se encuentra es muy estrecha y no hay manera d pararte siquiera a bajar las maletas x q interrumpes el tráfico… si llega a ser un problema pero el hotel como tal vale mucho la pena

El hotel es perfecto. Extraordinariamente limpio y sin ningún ruido. Los detalles te hacen sentir súper cómodo. Tomen en cuenta que el estacionamiento tiene costo extra y se encuentra a dos cuadras caminando. Huele muy rico 😋

Excellent!
It was a great place to stay, the service was outstanding, attention to detail, very friendly and helpful. Quiet nights, comfortable bed, very good shower, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, healthy with a very personal touch.

Excelente servicio
Fueron muy amables, muy bien ubicado, el morning snack me encantó, el ambiente... tuve una emergencia de farmacia y me ayudaron inmediatamente. ¡Volveré!
