„We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events.“

We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. „The property is lovely - superb beds and baths. It was raining most of the week otherwise we would have made use of the roof deck. Off street parking was a boon as we explored nearby neighborhoods by car for dining. There was access to highways and thoroughfares into Seattle proper so that made the location convenient. „This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad.“

„I stayed here for three nights while on a business trip. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was useful to make a light meal, but there is no cutting board for use. However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. „A brand new facility minutes from Pioneer Square. Exceptionally well outfitted (toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 burner induction plate, cups/glasses, silverware, etc. etc.). Small but comfy, with chair, sofa and desk / desk chair, so possible to work or just relax. The bed in my unit was up on a loft and required going up a fairly straight up metal ladder of 5 steps.
