It is accessable via its own entrance with a key lockbox for self check-in. The kitchen is fully kitted out and has a hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery , cutlery , pots and pans. A drying rack , ironing board and iron is available should you need to do washing. The annexe is open plan and has a large comfortable sofa, 50" smart tv, wifi , didicated work table. To the side you will find the bedroom area with a very comfortable double bed & clothes storage. The bathroom is equiped with a large double headed electric shower, towel rail, toilet & basin unit. The property is located close to QA hospital, Lakeside business park and the M27. Making this the ideal bolt hole if you have to work in the Portsmouth Area or just having a few days away. Guests have full, private access to the annexe via a separate entrance at the sideof the main property. Check-in is contactless with a key safe, and the path is well-lit at night for your safety and convenience. You'll have total privacy during your stay — the annexe has its own entrance and self check-in with a key safe, so you can come and go as you please.
