Das Stadthaus liegt abseits der Küste des wunderschönen Golfs von Mexiko. Um den Strand zu erreichen, gehen Sie einfach von unserem Deck und runter zum Wasser. Ihre Zehen werden mit zuckerweißem Sand und Wasser in der Farbe von Smaragden begrüßt. Sandy Feet Retreat ist ein zweistöckiges Stadthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Badezimmern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf und einen Balkon, auf dem Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten mit Ausziehbetten und das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett. Für weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss. Das weitläufige Deck auf der unteren Ebene öffnet sich zum Strand und verfügt über eine überdachte Fläche sowie eine offene Fläche. Wi-Fi ist zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass Sie in Kontakt bleiben können, aber Sie werden so mit der Aussicht, dass Sie nur vergessen können, dass Sie Ihr Telefon gebracht haben, werden Sie so begeistert sein! Die komplett eingerichtete Küche macht das Kochen für Ihre Familie so einfach wie zu Hause. Willst du nicht kochen? Keine Bange! Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Stadt. Neben atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgängen und Sonnenuntergängen hat Mexico Beach noch viel zu bieten. We were a family of 3 and a family of 4 that rented this property for fall break. (3 teenagers) It was a fantastic stay at this beach house and we cannot recommend it enough. The location is truly unbeatable, just steps from the sand, which made shore fishing and sunset views incredibly easy. The home itself was immaculate. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The attention to detail was evident throughout the house. Communicating with the owners was a complete pleasure. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a seamless and relaxing stay.And the views! The panoramic ocean views from the deck were absolutely amazing and made for the perfect backdrop to our vacation. We truly hit the jackpot with this rental. We definitely will be back!

Fun in the Sun in Mexico Beach!

Our two families with teens had a blast at Sandy Feet Retreat! The townhome is beautifully decorated, has a million dollar view, & is stocked with everything that you need. The owners were easy to connect with & provided clear check-in & out directions. The beach is a quick 3 min walk away. The sand is gorgeous & great for beach walking. We also did a late night airboat ride & rented a pontoon boat in St. Joe bay to check out the sea life & walk the tip of Cape San Blas. We highly recommend both! Thanks for sharing your place with us! We loved it!

Perfect Mexico Beach Rental

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing time. Kim was very helpful answering questions before we went. We arrived to a clean house. There were 7 adults and a toddler. The house was stocked with a good beginning supply of everything. If there is one thing that could be added, maybe some larger pans. Beautiful views from both balconies. We made lots of memories and saw some incredible sunsets on the semi-private beach.

Beautifully Decorated!

House was steps from the beach and within walking distance of gift shop. Great location. I am very picky and always look for properties that are professionally decorated. It certainly met my expectations and was very clean. The host was quick to respond to questions. We were 2 sets of sisters that enjoyed 4 days on the beach and the friendly, small town atmosphere. The accommodations were great! The house was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the beach. Access to the beach was right by the townhouse. The Bad...Wasn't told construction was taking place at the unit next door, had to wash our bed sheets and pillow cases before we slept because they were gross, sandy and unchanged. Carport had trash all over, the grill wasn't cleaned and cover was left off, some of the guest complained of being warm at night because the thermostat is in a preset range, lost wifi and tv friday evening but was back on Saturday....Now for The Good... On the beach, close to general store & ice, also close to a great restaurant/bar. Kitchen was stocked well, bathrooms were spacious. Wonderful decks for cooler weather. the owner is quick to answer any questions

Nice place

The property is as advertised. It’s a very nice place. And it’s right on the beach. Very well-kept. It’s sort of like a condo. And you do share a balcony with neighbors that are separated by a barrier. The next-door neighbor has a boardwalk to the beach and a pool. It seems that her only reason for building the boardwalk and the pool is to post signs telling everyone to keep off her boardwalk. I didn’t like her at all. Mostly she and her dogs mostly kept to themselves. Other than complaining about my kids using her boardwalk. Whatever. She’s probably from New York or California. The locals are awesome. Otherwise I give the place a high rating.
