„Clean and feet from the ocean. Owner is SUPER responsive. The AC unit went out the first night we where there and she had the repair guy there the next morning at 8am aand it was fixed with in 30 min and never gave us anymore problems. This is a GREAT rental.“

We enjoyed the beach —- a very close walk—sunbathing, swimming, playing beach ball and fishing. Also we cooked all but one meal! Highly recommend—- perfect accommodations for families!“

„This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we couldn’t have found a more wonderful place to stay! Everything in the home was exactly as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals (and I appreciated the labeling - this was useful when locating but also putting things away). „Beautiful property close to the beach. Cottage had everything we needed including a few beach towels- if you forget yours-an umbrella, beach cart and skim board. Pool is just a few steps down the street, however there is zero shade at pool but it was always refreshing after the beach.
