Need a lot more improvements
Room is of age and dirty beddings, only provided 1 bottle of water replenishment. Breakfast limited quantity and many options ran out.

Very slow lift
Only two lift is there and in our check out date one was having issue due to which we were struck for more than 1/2 hours . Even terrace was not clean and chairs were kept at level one . Only local crowed staffs are so poor in English speaking .

I wouldn’t recommend
We stayed in the honeymoon water chalet. It directly looked at the hotel so the view was not great. (We were expecting more a water view.) Sitting outside was uncomfortable as there was only a small wrought iron bench and small table. No lounge chairs for relaxing....but the balcony on the water (looking at the hotel) was too small to lounge anyway. Only 1 TV channel had a clear picture and sound. The room was dark. The phone didn’t work when we arrived but it was fixed after them working in our room for the first 30-45 minutes of our arrival. We left a day early extremely disappointed in what we thought was going to be a lovely, relaxing weekend. I usually don’t leave these kind of reviews....but it was a really disappointing stay.

Property is very big but not very well maintained. Cleaning perfunctory. The repetitive loop of egregious versions of sixties and seventies music broadcast over loud speakers from 7.45am to 11pm is, however, the main reason we will never return.

Overall ok. Room is spacious and jacuzzi is nice. Maintenance personnel responded fast. Room a bit smelly due to lack of floor mates, wet carpet created bad smell. Discount coupon for massage not valid over weekend. Receptionist should have explained better.

Nice hotel, but extras will cost you.
Last minute booking for a late get away. Hotel itself was lovely, with good facilities and in great condition (looks quite new). We had a room in the main hotel. Room was big, and had a fridge and microwave, which is useful with a young child. The two downsides: View, once you look above the man made lake, is of an oil refinery. Also, they charge for even minor extras, like an extra towel (we had 3 bath towels for three people, but no hand towel). On balance though would consider staying again

Very quite place
On arrival, I was asked to give a deposit of M$300 instead of M$200 as stated in the confirmation email from Expedia. Luckily, I insisted on $200 and the staff agreed. I requested for a room in the high floor. The staff on duty told me that 2nd floor had a better view and can see the musical fountain. When I went up to the room, I realised that the room was facing the roads instead. Then , I remembered that I was supposed to be given a welcome gift upon arrival. When I asked about the gift, the staff said that she has no knowledge of it. She repeatedly said that the welcome gift was the free breakfast. I was very disappointed with her response. I had to tell her to check with her management and Expedia. I told her to keep me updated on this issue. BUT She did not do so and every time I asked, she answered the same thing- still checking. Fortunately on the day of my checkout, Front Office Supervisor Ms Norain was on duty. She was an excellent listener. She apologised on behalf of her staff and company. She promised that she will emailed me any updates from her management side. I Told her that the coffee packs were spoilt during my 2 days there. Even showed her the packet. Ms Norain demonstrated an excellent service recovery by giving me a small token. The staff should follow the good example of Ms Norain for her courteous and professional way of handling this issue.

Very worth it ( ̄^ ̄)ゞ
Overall, this resort worth a stay. I came here all the way from Perlis. At first, I already book another hotel with private pool as well then I have some problem with my payment. None of the reps from the hotel as well as booking website agent contact me to resolve the issue until i figure it out myself and cancel that booking at last. Then after a few search via Hotel.com, i found this resort as alternative, quite affordable, comfy and very nice place. Got mall like Tesco and Giant nearby. I traveled here with a 9mth old baby so I feel much safe with all this mall nearby. All the male and female staff at reception was very accomodating and friendly. My parent was also very satisfied with service provided by all the staff at this resort. My suggestion, if you want a nice villa with private pool so that ur kids and family can enjoy, this is a very nice and worth place. Dont worry about all the beach and seaview, just 10-15 minutes drive and you can get to the nearby beach..

Pleasant stay & enjoyed
Pleasant experience throughout out the stay especially the inroom stay with jacuzzi, just to increase the number of drinking water bottles in the family rooms, 2btls insufficient for family with kids, ask for top up the water sadly never received till checkout, Breakfast spread was excellent, replanishing of food was efficient, just to highlight on the food service staff to check with guest before clearing any plates as there was food in the plate but staff just took the plate away without checking, uneaten food became into waste,. But overall stay experience was good, will consider for next trip

Unreasonable pricing
It was too expensive for a two day stay. Breakfast was always finished early. We were promised a pool view room, however the hotel didn’t have any available room. I would expect a high standard of living ,if I am paying this much of money to stay. Mostly the price is unreasonable.

New hotel in town. Big compound. Villa has parking facility in front porch which is convenient. Some reception staff may not have the experience in handling check-in so took a while to check-in. For breakfast, spread of food is reasonable. However, the restaurant shd have better crowd control in receiving guests for breakfast. And was surprised that housekeeping was not able to give complimentary mineral water on day of check out. Overall a pleasant stay considering the hotel only started operation in Dec 2017. Thanks.

Avoid this hotel at peak time
Please avoid this hotel at peak time. Less housekeeping staff available to clean rooms. We checked-in at 2.30 pm at front desk and we have to wait for 5 hours to get into the room. Housekeeping staff only cleaned the room at 9.00 pm.

BEEN WAITING 5 HOURS TO CHECK IN
Before go to this hotel i did FB the hotel to ask about the facilities which they are quite responding fast and friendly as well. But i been waiting 5 hours to check in since 3pm , which mean almost 9pm i check in to hotel. Reason from hotel is they not enough staff! For customer this is not an excuse , christmas eve hotel should standby more staff to ensure customer check in and stay in comfort environment. I have a baby and is very torture during this 5 hours, we ask them the eta time for us to check in but they can't promise.My baby was very tired, end up they agree give us the key let us take bath and they come afterward to clean up the room. No matter how , new hotel is not an excuse to delay us check in . While waiting check in , we go in their restaurant order juice ; we been waiting 1 hour and there only 3 table there. Hotel complimentary us lunch buffet and late check out, but it already spoil our holiday mood and plan. They have such a good facilities like private pool ,gymn and etc but they not enough man power.| Unfortunely, i will still give it a chance which i will go there again with my family to enjoy the holiday hope it will improve. by Wendy
