This is one of the biggest rentals on the entire peninsula. It easily and comfortably sleeps 30 people - while still offering plenty of room to entertain and lounge. The house is fully filled with Smart ROKU TVs for Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Pandora, etc personal subscriptions. There’s a full-size pool table that is a guest favorite. There are 3 family rooms, two downstairs and one upstairs, so you can spread out with plenty of privacy. The home offers 3 wet bars, including one upstairs, one on the main floor, and even one outside near the grilling station. Outside is an epic stainless steel kitchen and BBQ area with a full wet bar, so you can grill, drink, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean all at the same time. Walk or drive a golf cart or ATV to the beach right in front of the house. The rear and front decks allow your guests to enjoy sunrise and sunset, right on the ocean. The deck on the first floor is covered, meaning you can enjoy the outdoors regardless of weather, providing additional peace of mind that your event will be a hit.
