Crystal Beach is Texas at its finest. Drive, park, barbeque, swim, fish, build sandcastles, have events, or just relax on this beautiful and convenient beach.

The beach house has everything you could need to enjoy your vacation.

The home is lifted over 14 feet off of the ground, and the entire space is a retreat.

The upper decks are spacious and include sunny and shady deck areas. Seating and lighting is plentiful with beach views and you can hear the gentle ocean waves.

Walk inside to your open-concept luxury kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need on a vacation. The kitchen and island area seat 8 people comfortably. Small appliances not shown in pictures include a toaster and a Margaritaville frozen concoction maker.

The living room has comfortable seating for 8-10 people and a large smart TV. You’ll find board games and toys in the bench. How about a game day, game night, or a movie night?

The master suite has a king bed, a 55” smart TV, a ceiling fan, and desk. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with 2 vanities and a dual head walk-in shower. You’ll find extra towels and blankets, as well as a box fan..

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a 43” smart TV, and a ceiling fan.

A hall bathroom connects bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The bathroom features a tub and shower combo with towels.

Bedroom 3 has a queen over queen bunk bed, a 43” smart TV, and a ceiling fan. In the closet you will find extra blankets pack n play and some toys.

The laundry room a full size washer and dryer, beach towels, dog bed and some extra cleaning supplies.

The garage has a ping pong table, toys, washer boards, sand toys, large cooler for your use, beach chairs, beach cart, hammock swing and firewood.

There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after coming back from the beach or just for enjoying a solid outdoor shower.

We have a large yard! Your kids and or your dog will love to play and turn cartwheels in this yard.

The neighborhood has its own golf cart and walk on beach access and there is ample private parking at the house.

Other things to note:
~If you are planning on having a party, this is not the house for you! We have neighbors that are full-time residents. We have quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
~Our water heater will only serve hot water to one fixture at a time. The power grid in Crystal Beach is not the greatest, so the lights may also flicker when hot water is being used. If that’s going to make or break your vacation, I would consider another location.
~Person booking must be at least 24 and have government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.
~Smoking or vaping in the house or on the decks is not allowed.
