„Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda ...

„Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!“

„Very nice, attractive place with excellent location. Until we kept the fan on it seemed that in order to cool the upstairs the downstairs got very chilly. Keeping the fan on solved this.Would be good to have more than one trash can downstairs. (Unless I missed one.) Minor stuff. I would stay again. “

„We needed to replace a multi-room hotel option with someplace we could stay that was relatively close to the KU main campus in Lawrence and would accommodate our need for more than one bedroom and not break the bank. This charming house in Baldwin City was an amazing find and a lovely surprise! We were just 20 min from campus and were completely charmed by the intricacies of the house. Clean, well maintained, and a great place for a weekend with our family. We will definitely be back again!“

„Great house, great location. Perfect for our group. Online listing did say there were 4 beds but we arrived to only find 3. No problem though because it has the most comfortable couch ever made. Great spot.“

„The property is just as advertised. We went to go fishing but the lake was flooded and fishing poor. But we hung out on the beautiful deck, had a fire going at night and when relaxing inside, the living room was very comfortable for us while we watched movies. Absolutely great communication and check-in was simple.“

Nicht das Zimmer über dem Pool

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Glaube 239. Mit Blick auf ein Dach mit Generatoren. Der ganze Boden hatte vibriert. Vorallem wenn man vor dem TV Möbel stand konnte man es spüren. In der Nacht sprang immer wieder die Heizung oder etwas ähnliches an (es war nicht die Klimaanlage) was sehr störend war. Die Leute im Nachbarzimmer haben immer wieder gegen die Wand gepoltert. Vermutlich auch weil es sie gestört hatte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, welches wir auch bekommen haben, aber sie Stv. Managerin hatte nicht wirklich Verständnis gezeigt und uns kaum geglaubt. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. "
